El hotel es agradable. Con una naturaleza maravillosa alrededor, monos que corren en el área del hotel, habitaciones agradables, aunque un poco pequeñas con poco espacio para cosas. El desayuno era muy bueno. El personal era muy amable y útil. I traveled with my family and decided to stay at Munich hotel last minute. I booked two rooms and requested to have the rooms close to each other. The staff was promptly helped to arrange the rooms as requested. Once asked for baby coat for my two months old daughter, the staff was quickly provided to us with no delay. Extra bed was added with additional cost and breakfast included once paid for extra bed. The room is clean and situated in good location. Highly recommended.

Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y modernas. La cama es muy cómoda. Desafortunadamente, el hotel no toma la limpieza muy precisamente. En el baño detrás de la puerta había una mancha de sangre de aproximadamente 8 mm con sal, en el ducha hay hongos. La ropa de cama estaba bien. No hay un restaurante adecuado. Pero hay comida en el bar de piscina en el techo. Desafortunadamente, también hay algo inappetu. Las mesas no están limpias y completamente locas. Cuando ordené que la mesa se limpiara, pero luego la comida se puso en la mesa sin limpiar, en la que estaban en la basura. Sólo cuando encontré que no podía poner esto en la mesa, alguien vino con una lápiz (también sucia) y la mesa estaba amarga después. Y interesante: según el mapa de comida, la comida costó 6,50 USD, y en la factura tenía 8 USD. El desayuno buffet es más visible, pero todavía está bien, también con la higiene, según se ve. The hotel is very well located: in front of Sokha beach, almost private beach and with large stretch of sand, as well as about 10-minute walk from the Prince shopping mall. The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to market and Otres according to the timetable schedule. Western menu is also available in the hotel restaurants. But, some items should be improved: 1) Lightning: bedroom and bathroom with low lightning, especially in the shower area; 2) As a beach resort, activities and games should be offered, such as ping pong, volleyball, etc; 3) Include hot chocolate in the breakfast without extra charge.
I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

Un gran hotel, frente a la puerta del hotel es el paisaje de la playa muy bonito. Una vez que entre en el hotel, la hermana de la recepción le pedirá a usted y a sus diez manos. Tengo un buen sentimiento. Sé que hablaré chino con mí después de ser chino. No tienes que preocuparte por no entenderlo. La cama de la habitación es muy suave y dura, y es muy cómodo subir. VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place.
Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

Villa 126 con decoración vogue y una vista envolvida para la correspondencia fue tan perfecta como la abundante vida marina que existe abajo con los crabs que se curvan por hacer sus negocios a la vista de magníficos peces tropicales de muchos colores, incluyendo una escuela de Angelfish & un La gama de coloridos corales de Pearl Resorts se extendió por toda la caminata costera.
¡Qué placer! La evidencia que se destacaba es la vista debajo de la superficie de las aguas en un KEYAK CLEAR a las 6:30am el vidrio silencioso y tranquilo como el agua del mar permitió una vista desmembrante; un array de corales coloridos complicados con cientos de peces tejidos a través de sus canales, ¡Increíble en nuestro clima que cambia de vez en cuando, pero era real! Can't fault this resort from the time we arrived to its end the facilities and activities & to the hospitality staff incl. the managers to the service staff were all outstanding & waterside beauty & body treatments with Jenny it’s well & truly beyond a 5 Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. Sus cocines I’d rate as Michelin Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gordon Ramsay realmente necesitas probar aquí!

JJacquelinIncreíble ubicación en la playa, con playa a un lado y piscina al otro. Dependiendo de la hora del día entre la que rotamos. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado. Habitación con aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Estaba justo al lado del muelle, era de fácil acceso y el océano estaba inmaculado y de un azul celeste. Tienen toallas, tablas de remo, botes de remos o snorkel que puedes pedir prestado (aunque no es un gran snorkel). Decidimos no incluir el desayuno porque costaba $ 12 americanos y pensamos que era bastante caro para un desayuno buffet normal, pero muchos invitados lo disfrutaron. Justo arriba del muelle hay muchos restaurantes locales, experimentamos con ellos y realmente disfrutamos la comida, los batidos y los cocos. También hay una pequeña tienda al lado del hotel que vende bebidas y café (¡pide con leche y hielo!), así que compramos nuestras bebidas allí en lugar del hotel.
Mi único comentario fue que no me gustó que no me proporcionaran más agua, solo 2 botellas pequeñas al día. Creo que deberían tener un jarro más grande que podamos llenar para ser más sostenibles.
En general, me encantó este lugar y definitivamente regresaría.

La combinación de la playa blanca y el mar azul era una obra de arte.
Gracias a la amabilidad del personal que siempre te recibe con una sonrisa.
Tuve una estancia cómoda y cálida.
Sin embargo, debido a la naturaleza de la isla, no hay muchas cosas para disfrutar en los alrededores.
Espero que la carretera que conduce al complejo se pueda mejorar rápidamente.
Y supongo que es por la iluminación, justo enfrente del alojamiento.
Sería mejor si pudieras hacer una barbacoa.
Es un lugar que me gustaría volver a visitar la próxima vez y lo recomendaría a los alrededores ^^

UUsuario invitadoHay diez minutos de motocicleta a la marina, el entorno está tranquilo y hermoso, el servicio del hotel del mar es muy bueno, es que el cuarto de baño abierto no está acostumbrado. El restaurante no es muy compuesto, pero el sabor también puede ser de comida china-oeste, la mayoría de ellas se hospeda para los europeos y americanos. El hotel está satisfecho, pero el paisaje del mar no me parece bien, el mar no es tan azul como limpio

Estuvimos 8 noches alojados en una casa en segunda línea. Las cabañas son muy bonitas pero por dentro, sobre todo el baño necesita una pequeña reforma. Esperaba más. Todos los días limpian la playa que está genial y tiene un spa con un masjista super profesional que cuida hasta el último detalle. Nos ayudaron mucho con los traslados desde Kampot. El desayuno está muy bien, con varias opciones. Sin embargo lo que no funciona es: hay un recepcionista que está gran parte del tiempo viendo series en el ordenador y el ruido molesta mientras intentas ver la playa en el desayuno. Luego un camarero utilizaba un par de mesas de la plataforma para tumbarse. Hay un solo kayak con un remo partido por la mitad. no hacen BBq mientras otros hoteles lo ofrecen todas las noches. La plataforma del restaurante no está explotaada para cenar. Da la sensación de que se han acomodado y hacen lo justo. Conclusión: no cenamos ningún día ni nos tomamos una cerveza por la noche. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que durante nuestra estancia hubo dos grupos grnades de camboyanos que pusieron musica con un altavoz durante el desayuno y la cena molestando al resto. incluso en la playa tenían musica bakalo. Aprantemente la dirección no consideró oportuno hacer nada al respecto. Eso me parece super molesto para ese tipo de isla tan tranquila. Yo aconsejo que cuiden más el restaurante poniendo velas, musica ambiental, haciendo bbq de pescado, promoviendo la plataforma de madera para atraer a huespedes y otros de otros hoteles. Nosotros cenamos en un hotel cercano que tenía una ambiente mucho más cuidado y atractivo.

UUsuario invitadoReservamos para 4 noches y terminamos quedándonos 1 semana. La atención y el cariño de Miralla la propietaria y su grupo de trabajo nos encantó. La mayoría de los bungalows tienen vista al mar, agua corriente, ventiladores ( los cuales no utilizamos porque la brisa del mar era súper agradable). Desde Palm Beach se pueden organizar directamente día de pesca, snorkel, caminata a la cascada y hasta una motocicleta para visitar diferentes puntos de la isla. A un lado hay un pueblo de pescadores y una pequeña tienda con artículos de utilidad. También ofrecen variadas ofertas recreativas uso para los huéspedes como terreno de voleiball para adultos y pequeños, aro de basketball, diversos juegos de mesa, tiro con arco, dardos etc. Fue una experiencia inolvidable.

AAyakhaEl bungalow sólo tenía una cama, ni siquiera una silla o cualquier lugar para poner sus bolsillos, así que todo acababa en la cama o en el piso.
Sólo la mitad de los puntos de plug estaban funcionando, así que tomó un tiempo para descubrir quién estaba funcionando.
Las luces no funcionaban, cuando le dije que vinieron y fijaron la luz del baño. La luz principal de la habitación no estaba fijada. Cuando lo informé el día siguiente, dijeron que vendrían y la comprobarían. Esperaba horas, nadie vino. Entonces volví a la recepción para informarla, y me dijeron que la luz estaba rota y no tenían las herramientas necesarias para corregirla.
La puerta estaba cerrada, la mitad de la vez no funcionó y te lastimarías los dedos tratando de conseguirlo.
Me pusieron en un bungalow lejos con una puerta cerrada que no funcionaba bien, lo que dice mucho.
La ubicación del albergue es una buena, cerca de la playa, pero en general, mi estancia fue una decepción.

UUsuario invitadoIt’s simply THE BEST resort you can find on the island, thanks to its facilities and its position: it’s on a stunning private beach, with light blue water and white sand, and immersed in a flourishing garden that assures you privacy and tranquillity (but if you want to have fun, you can find a lot parties at walking distance). The swimming pool near the sea is also stunning, especially at sunset. The food is very good, and the staff is super nice, competent and helpful. Rooms are spacious, with all the amenities and a big wonderful bathroom. I would suggest to add more vegetarian options to the menu.

UUsuario invitado Would not recommend this hotel for a number of reasons. 1. The owner agreed to give us a lift to Eden pier but was very relaxed about what time we left to catch the boat..and appeared at the very last minute. We were feeling anxious about making it on time but we were reassured several times that we would get there on time. We had to wait about 45 minutes for him to appear and for us to sort the bill out. This took a while and we asked for a receipt and he said we could take a photo of the screen...not very professional... In the end, he did print the receipts out which we weren't able to thoroughly check due to the rush to make the boat. Due to the managers poor time keeping and laid back attitude, we missed the big boat and received no apology, just a 'good luck'. If he had been on time and arrived earlier so that we could sort the bill out, we would have made the boat. We felt that this was very inconsiderate as his job should be to prioritise guests rather than his own needs.. the only good thing was that he helped us on and off the boat and with our big bags 2. We were overcharged for food/drink which we did not consume and were charged for coffee which the manager informed us was free on arrival. 3. Mosquito net was broken in the room. 4. Location - The hotel is situated quite far out from other hotels and hostels and restaurants (30 minute walk). The walk back to the hotel in the evening is quite scary in the dark and unpleasant with insects and you are warned about monkeys...luckily we didn't encounter any. Private beach is also nothing special.. stay in the main hub near onederz Despite all this, we thought very highly of the male waiter from Sri Lanka who was extremely friendly, lovely and helpful.
