The resort was lovely. I can see this being the perfect place for family travel. There is a small beach a short walk from the reception. Long set beach is about 15-20 minute walk away. If you land at long set beach I recommend walking to the resort because it's very difficult to find on on a motorcycle. If you do take a motorcycle make sure to arrange for someone to wait at the road to show you the way. Everything else was great.

Sabemos que en Sihanoukville se están realizando muchas obras, por lo que no esperamos mucho de la ciudad, porque queríamos salir de aquí por unas pocas noches. El hotel KB nos ha sorprendido con servicios ponderados desde que nos recogimos en el aeropuerto. El hotel está situado en el centro de Otres, a la vez que se encuentra en el centro de Otres. El personal es amigable y profesional, siempre nos proporciona información útil, como condiciones meteorológicas, áreas alimentarias ...etc. En términos de valor CP, diríamos que es sin duda valía la pena!

Bel endroit surplombant la baie avec une vue magnifique ! Le bungalow est sympa avec 2 terrasses, le lit est confortable, la chambre propre. Beau jardin autour .un lieu idéal pour décompresser avec un spot pour faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba. Je recommande.

ISLAND CENTER POINT on Koh Rong Sanloem in Cambodia is a hidden gem nestled amidst turquoise waters and pristine white sands. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of its surroundings. The crystal-clear waters and powdery white beaches provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. We spent our days lounging on the beach, soaking up the sun, and swimming in the refreshing ocean. The staff at ISLAND CENTER POINT were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to our stay and made us feel right at home. However, one aspect that could be improved is the mosquito situation. While the rooms are clean and spacious with stunning views of the ocean, the presence of mosquitoes can be quite bothersome. Installing mosquito nets in the rooms would greatly enhance the comfort of guests and ensure a restful night's sleep. Overall, ISLAND CENTER POINT offers a tranquil escape to paradise, with its breathtaking scenery and welcoming atmosphere. With a few improvements, it has the potential to become an even more unforgettable destination for travelers seeking serenity and natural beauty.

Viajando a través de Cambodia pase dos noches en este maravilloso Resort. La atención personalizada y el cuidado de los detalles es magnífico. Me quede en la habitación 514, súper amplia, cómoda y con todo lo que se necesita. La ducha en el exterior conectada a la piscina es un plus. La comida es deliciosa, y el servicio es muy bueno, el desayuno buffet es muy rico y completo. Gracias al Chef y al equipo igual a todos los meseros que hacen una experiencia inolvidable. La playa es simplemente de ensueño súper larga y blanca con aguas turquesas solo para ti. El kayak en el manglar es algo que no pueden perderse si te gusta la naturaleza y buscas una experiencia diferente. Gracias al equipo de Front office por todo el apoyo y los arreglos para mi llegada y mi salida. Gracias especiales a Mario GM y a John. Lo último que quiero decir es que si visitan la isla de Koh Rong la mejor opción para quedarse es the Royal Sands.

Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

La combinación de la playa blanca y el mar azul era una obra de arte.
Gracias a la amabilidad del personal que siempre te recibe con una sonrisa.
Tuve una estancia cómoda y cálida.
Sin embargo, debido a la naturaleza de la isla, no hay muchas cosas para disfrutar en los alrededores.
Espero que la carretera que conduce al complejo se pueda mejorar rápidamente.
Y supongo que es por la iluminación, justo enfrente del alojamiento.
Sería mejor si pudieras hacer una barbacoa.
Es un lugar que me gustaría volver a visitar la próxima vez y lo recomendaría a los alrededores ^^

GGaryKEl hotel es agradable. Con una naturaleza maravillosa alrededor, monos que corren en el área del hotel, habitaciones agradables, aunque un poco pequeñas con poco espacio para cosas. El desayuno era muy bueno. El personal era muy amable y útil. Me gusta que puedas usar cualquier servicio en el hotel, como restaurante, spa, y añadirán el precio a la factura y pagas durante el check-out.
La piscina del océano parecía agradable y limpia.

Estuvimos 8 noches alojados en una casa en segunda línea. Las cabañas son muy bonitas pero por dentro, sobre todo el baño necesita una pequeña reforma. Esperaba más. Todos los días limpian la playa que está genial y tiene un spa con un masjista super profesional que cuida hasta el último detalle. Nos ayudaron mucho con los traslados desde Kampot. El desayuno está muy bien, con varias opciones. Sin embargo lo que no funciona es: hay un recepcionista que está gran parte del tiempo viendo series en el ordenador y el ruido molesta mientras intentas ver la playa en el desayuno. Luego un camarero utilizaba un par de mesas de la plataforma para tumbarse. Hay un solo kayak con un remo partido por la mitad. no hacen BBq mientras otros hoteles lo ofrecen todas las noches. La plataforma del restaurante no está explotaada para cenar. Da la sensación de que se han acomodado y hacen lo justo. Conclusión: no cenamos ningún día ni nos tomamos una cerveza por la noche. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que durante nuestra estancia hubo dos grupos grnades de camboyanos que pusieron musica con un altavoz durante el desayuno y la cena molestando al resto. incluso en la playa tenían musica bakalo. Aprantemente la dirección no consideró oportuno hacer nada al respecto. Eso me parece super molesto para ese tipo de isla tan tranquila. Yo aconsejo que cuiden más el restaurante poniendo velas, musica ambiental, haciendo bbq de pescado, promoviendo la plataforma de madera para atraer a huespedes y otros de otros hoteles. Nosotros cenamos en un hotel cercano que tenía una ambiente mucho más cuidado y atractivo.

UUsuario invitadoReservamos para 4 noches y terminamos quedándonos 1 semana. La atención y el cariño de Miralla la propietaria y su grupo de trabajo nos encantó. La mayoría de los bungalows tienen vista al mar, agua corriente, ventiladores ( los cuales no utilizamos porque la brisa del mar era súper agradable). Desde Palm Beach se pueden organizar directamente día de pesca, snorkel, caminata a la cascada y hasta una motocicleta para visitar diferentes puntos de la isla. A un lado hay un pueblo de pescadores y una pequeña tienda con artículos de utilidad. También ofrecen variadas ofertas recreativas uso para los huéspedes como terreno de voleiball para adultos y pequeños, aro de basketball, diversos juegos de mesa, tiro con arco, dardos etc. Fue una experiencia inolvidable.

Das Luna Beach Resort liegt abgelegen am Pagoda Beach auf Koh Rong. An sich ist es eine nette Anlage mit ein paar Macken und Kanten. Die Zimmer sind alle samt gleich, zumindest in den ersten beiden Reihen. Das Runde Bett ist leider mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig und so hart wie eine Steinplatte, wer keine extrem harten Betten mag ist hier absolut falsch. Die Anlage ist relativ sauber, hier und da mal ein Fleck ansonsten in Ordnung. Das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Duschkopf hat vor lauter Kalk nur so gestanden und war generell eher dreckig. Hat uns aber nicht arg gestört. Wichtig ist zu erwähnen, dass aus sämtlichen Wasserhähnen nur Salzwasser kommt! Essen im Restaurant war Top, es gibt viel Auswahl und preislich für Kambodscha gerade noch so im Rahmen die Gerichte gehen von 5-10$ im Schnitt. Portionen waren groß und man wurde satt. Leider ist die Anlage sehr sehr abgelegen, Roller pro Tag kostet um die 15$, Grab, passapp und so weiter funktionieren generell gar nicht und die Shuttles vom Hotel hauen mit 5$ pro Person an den Long Set Beach schon ordentlich rein. Getränke kann man vor Ort im Hotel zu leicht erhöhten Preisen kaufen. 1Bier = 2$ in der Happy Hour 3Bier für 4$. Der Strand ist wunderschön und an dem Abschnitt des Luna Resorts mit unter der schönste am Pagoda Beach. Hier kann man ordentlich entspannen! Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

AAyakhaEl bungalow sólo tenía una cama, ni siquiera una silla o cualquier lugar para poner sus bolsillos, así que todo acababa en la cama o en el piso.
Sólo la mitad de los puntos de plug estaban funcionando, así que tomó un tiempo para descubrir quién estaba funcionando.
Las luces no funcionaban, cuando le dije que vinieron y fijaron la luz del baño. La luz principal de la habitación no estaba fijada. Cuando lo informé el día siguiente, dijeron que vendrían y la comprobarían. Esperaba horas, nadie vino. Entonces volví a la recepción para informarla, y me dijeron que la luz estaba rota y no tenían las herramientas necesarias para corregirla.
La puerta estaba cerrada, la mitad de la vez no funcionó y te lastimarías los dedos tratando de conseguirlo.
Me pusieron en un bungalow lejos con una puerta cerrada que no funcionaba bien, lo que dice mucho.
La ubicación del albergue es una buena, cerca de la playa, pero en general, mi estancia fue una decepción.

UUsuario invitadoIt’s simply THE BEST resort you can find on the island, thanks to its facilities and its position: it’s on a stunning private beach, with light blue water and white sand, and immersed in a flourishing garden that assures you privacy and tranquillity (but if you want to have fun, you can find a lot parties at walking distance). The swimming pool near the sea is also stunning, especially at sunset. The food is very good, and the staff is super nice, competent and helpful. Rooms are spacious, with all the amenities and a big wonderful bathroom. I would suggest to add more vegetarian options to the menu.

The owner agreed to give us a lift to Eden pier but was very relaxed about what time we left to catch the boat..and appeared at the very last minute. We were feeling anxious about making it on time but we were reassured several times that we would get there on time. We had to wait about 45 minutes for him to appear and for us to sort the bill out. This took a while and we asked for a receipt and he said we could take a photo of the screen...not very professional... In the end, he did print the receipts out which we weren't able to thoroughly check due to the rush to make the boat. Due to the managers poor time keeping and laid back attitude, we missed the big boat and received no apology, just a 'good luck'. If he had been on time and arrived earlier so that we could sort the bill out, we would have made the boat. We felt that this was very inconsiderate as his job should be to prioritise guests rather than his own needs.. the only good thing was that he helped us on and off the boat and with our big bags 2. We were overcharged for food/drink which we did not consume and were charged for coffee which the manager informed us was free on arrival. 3. Mosquito net was broken in the room. 4. Location - The hotel is situated quite far out from other hotels and hostels and restaurants (30 minute walk). The walk back to the hotel in the evening is quite scary in the dark and unpleasant with insects and you are warned about monkeys...luckily we didn't encounter any. Private beach is also nothing special.. stay in the main hub near onederz Despite all this, we thought very highly of the male waiter from Sri Lanka who was extremely friendly, lovely and helpful.
