Really nothing but praise for this gem on Lombok island. The hotel is brand new, but I honestly think this will be the number 1 resort in the coming years. No matter its a family vacation, or a romantic getaway for couples, this place has it all. From the unparalleled service, to the amazing food… to some of the most breathtaking sea views on planet earth, this place has it all. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, your stay here will be an unforgettable experience. Truly a highly recommended hotel for anyone heading to Lombok.

Initially, I had planned to visit the Gili Islands after spending a few days, but I ended up staying at the hotel for an extended period. The hotel offers an array of delectable food options, including a diverse selection of breakfasts and a refreshing drinks. The 70-meter swimming pool is consistently enjoyable and never fails to provide a sense of relaxation. The room facilities and room service were impeccable. One of the highlights of my stay was the exhilarating ATV adventure around the local area. However, the most remarkable aspect of this hotel lies in its exceptional staff. I want to express my deepest gratitude to numerous individuals who made my annual Bali retreat an unforgettable experience filled with smiles, humor, exceptional assistance, and profound insights into Indonesian and Lombok cultures. Yazid, Lily, Nyoman, Fariz, Reonard, Mugi, Mugni, and many others whose names I can’t recall at the moment, were truly remarkable. They displayed an unwavering passion for their work and treated me as the sole guest in the hotel with utmost politeness and friendliness. They remembered even the smallest details, ensuring flawless service. Above all, I cherished the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations and learn from these incredible individuals. I sincerely hope that all the wonderful aspects of this hotel remain unchanged when I return next year. I eagerly anticipate the chance to see you all again. I spent around two nights in The Sira to spend my mother's birthday weekend. Overall, it was a delightful relaxed experience. To start, my parents and I were welcomed by our personal butler, Willy and also personally welcomed by Mr. Harish. The welcoming ritual was a nice touch to begin the experience staying here. The suite was spacious but comfortable, because sometimes I find suite can be overwhelming. A lot of seating areas where we can lounge other that the bed. The bathroom was also really nice. However, if I could share my feedback, I would like to review some of the cuisines which I have tasted. Some of the food were lack in flavor when I think there's room for more flavor, especially in the Indonesian cuisines which are known to be pack in flavor. Start from the staple breakfast such as bubur ayam tasted a bit bland, the omelet needed a little bit of salt, and also the nasi goreng needs a little more flavor. However, I really enjoyed the bread and pastries here. Also, since The Sira is located quite far from the city center of Lombok. maybe the culinary team can offer some Lombok's authentic delicacy for guests to try as some would want to taste the traditional dish but can't find the nearest spot to try it. Overall, my stay in The Sira, The Luxury Collection was delightful. I really needed a quick calm break from work and this place offered me just that. Thank you
