- NEWLY RENOVATED property since Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
- All new kitchen appliances (GE Profile), newly resurfaced pool with all new pool equipment and pool light, new LG stacked washer/dryer, new tankless water heater, new irrigation pump for the landscaping. Home completely refurbished: High-end mattresses on each bed in the 4 bedroom home (1 King, 3 Queen); leather sofa in the living room, wood coffee table and end table, hand-picked furniture in each of the 4 bedrooms.
- I take great pride in my property and have high standards. Gardner, pool keeper and landscaping is weekly ensuring it is in top shape.
- Location, location, location! Beach and village are steps away.
- Heated pool with all new filter system and pool heater on canal (relax and watch the fish jump).
- In the heart of Siesta Key Village with over 20 restaurants and bars, ice cream parlors, stores and grocery store.
- No car is required. Walk to EVERYTHING or use the bikes provided.
- Siesta Key, Sarasota is located on the Gulf of Mexico and is world famous for a white quartz beach that remains cool on the feet.
- Open living space and beautiful art and furniture from all over the world.
- French styled bistro kitchen complete with all new stainless steel appliances (GE Profile). Counter stools.
- Beautiful screened in lanai overlooking pool and canal and little white lights for evenings.
- The living room includes a giant leather couch and HUGE flat screen TV.
- Two French doors open up from the living area and dining room onto a screened in lanai. - - A fabulous retreat after a day at the beach.
- The master bedroom includes a king bed with a headboard and matching wood nightstands and a dresser. Tempur-Pedic (Tempur ProBreeze) Mattress.
- The second (poolside) bedroom has French doors, which open up onto the pool and canal and includes a queen bed with a headboard and a large dresser. Purple (RestorePlus Cool) Mattress.
- The third (cedar wall) bedroom includes a queen wooden platform bed with a cedar wall. Serta (Series 2.0 Hybrid) Mattress).
- The fourth (back) bedroom includes a queen bed with a headboard, is a little removed, great for grandparents, and includes an office desk and its own adjacent bathroom complete with a Mexican vibe. Serta (Series 2.0 Hybrid) Mattress.
- Included with your stay at Casa La Plage is a poolside outdoor shower, travel books, 2 beach cruiser bikes, beach towels.
- Outdoor security cameras for the front and back yard.
- There is a 14 night minimum stay or 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Less than a 14 night minimum stay request may be subject to a higher rental daily rate than that listed and will be quoted accordingly.

Great location
We loved how walkable the property was. The heated pool and lanai were a bonus. Comfortable beds and provided everything we needed for our stay.

PERFECTION!
In terms of everything you would want in a rental, this is absolutely perfect. The house itself has been completely redone inside after the two hurricanes that hit Sarasota last year. Every article of furniture, every appliance in the kitchen, have been replaced with the highest quality, and this includes resurfacing the pool and a new pool heater. The rooms are of ample size, each with a TV, and the space is well-suited to a family, of 7, as was ours. Best of all, the house is a five minute walk to Siesta Village, with multiple restaurants and shops, and a large supermarket, and the beach, often voted the best beach in the US, is a ten minute walk away. Best of all, the owner, Tim, is always available and ready to provide whatever is necessary to make sure that your vacation is a perfect one. I recommend this lovely home without reservation, and this incudes the cost, which is one of the best deals on Siesta Key. My recommendation: if your dates are available, grab it before someone else inevitably does.

Amazing location and owner is on top of everything!!!
The home is nice and offers nice space for us. Kitchen had everything except mood machine :) Bedrooms are as described and comfortable. The pool is a great size for Siesta Key. Many extra things in garage for enjoying outside!! Any bumps and the owner was on it!!!

Great location!
Our stay was not the sunshine vacation that I was hoping for. Instead, our time there was a bit dreary, weather wise. The house itself was perfectly adequate but, the location to shops and restaurants was fabulous. Easy walk to food, drink and stores.

Having a heated pool and a great beach is heaven. Our 8 year grand daughter said this house is the best place ever.

Fabulous location
We are a family of 4, Mum, Dad and 2 teenagers and the house worked for us perfectly. There was everything we needed for our stay, including all beach equipment, WiFi, Netflix, etc. The location is superb, close to shops, restaurants and the beach but in a lovely quiet side road. Our favourite bit was the pool, we loved hanging out there! Didn’t get much luck seeing wildlife in the canal (although we were there at the hottest time of the year) but we were excited by the geckos (not seen in the uk) 🤗. The instructions for the house are all clearly detailed in the folder which was very helpful. Great communications from Tim, even when I just needed to read the folder to get the answer!!! Great time, thoroughly recommend the house and the area. Thanks Tim

Loved the Pool
Loved the pool, property is a bit dated, but that's understandable with a lot of older rentals. What needs to definitely be replaced is the queen mattress on the main floor's bedroom. We did not sleep in the master bdrm, as there was a spiral staircase made of metal and we were afraid we might injure ourselves since we are an older couple. But the queen mattress was like sleeping on a plywood board. Hopefully that will get updated. Otherwise, mgmt company responded very quickly to a few minor fixes. Would definitely rent again, if the mattress is replaced. Pool was great!
