Below Montana, in the district of La Combaz, on the outskirts, 1.7 km from the centre, 2.3 km from the lake, 1.2 km from the skiing area, on a main road, south facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 1.6 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bus stop "Comba" 50 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 1.2 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 2.7 km, lake Grenon 2.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.4 km, skisport facilities 1.2 km, ice rink 1.8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). "Lisière-Sud A 17", 3-room apartment 95 m2 on 5th floor. Partly renovated in 2020, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the balcony, south-west facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). This is the second year that we are in this apartment and have booked again for 2024. It is complete, clean and spacious. Is in a good place and sunny.

Excellent location with mountain views. Great value for money. Great amenities and well equipped. Slightly out of town but free regular shuttle bus so no driving when out for drink. We certainly enjoyed our stay there with no complaints. Would definitely

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut eingerichtet. Sie ist im 5. Stock und die Aussicht sehr schön. Zur Talstation Barzette ist es zu Fuss 15 Min (aber sehr steiler Weg), der Skibus fährt gleich vor der Tür. Das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuss in 3
