Fuimos solo un día a Siena y el Hotel maravilloso con una atención inmejorable de Alberto. El desayuno en la terraza es relajante y encantador con variedad . Muy recomendable porque además esta en el centro de la ciudad y puedes hacerlo todo andando. Si traes coche podrá indicarte Alberto donde puedes aparcar. Gracias por todo !

A great stay. Before we arrived we were contacted and given full details as to how to get there walking from the train station. This helpfulness continued throughout our stay which enhanced our experience. Situated in a lively street with great bars in the heart of Siena the room at the back remained very quiet ensuring a great sleep which was also aided by the very comfortable king size bed. There was always hot water something we have not always enjoyed. Breakfast is a buffet affair with good choice but the staff are again very attentive and coffee arrives quickly. The building like most in Siena is ancient but very tastefully renovated in short a great establishment which I can wholeheartedly recommend.

The best points, location - close to walls and convenient - Swimming pool was lovely, comfortable sunbeds set in a pretty garden. Breakfast was adequate. Housekeeping poor, no fresh towels for a 5 night stay. What let this hotel down was the manager and some of the staff, whilst helpful on occasion generally quite rude and made you feel as though you were an inconvenience for example we asked to fill our water bottles up from the restaurant one evening and we were told 'couldn't you have done this earlier it would have been easier' all he had to do was unlock a door a few steps from where he was, he was not happy to do this and moaned a lot. There were a few other occasions when his attitude was unfriendly. But overall the pool area and location make this place, maybe he was having a bad time.

Simple but clean and well-appointed rooms, enjoyable breakfast (you pre-order) and a very pleasant owner who was welcoming and provided a number of helpful recommendations for lunch / sightseeing. We travelled out of season so can't speak to Summer prices, but in February it represented excellent value for money.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Siena with a large garden with a stunning view, a couple of minutes walking from all major attractions. The room was spacious, quiet, and super clean. Breakfast was delicious. They ask you when you check in if you would like eggs for breakfast. The next day, when I entered the breakfast room, they had a delicious plate with freshly prepared scrambled eggs ready for me. I fully recommend this hotel!

This is a most charming place to stay. The rooms have fabulous amenities, the garden is beau and views amazing. We had the studio downstairs in the back and loved the amazing views from our window and garden to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine.

We only had one night at this lovely hotel as we were on our way to our eldest son’s wedding. So pleased we did this stopover in Siena. The hotel is right in the heart of the city. The hotel is exceptionally clean, rooms lovely and great breakfast choice. Will definitely be back!

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The rooms were clean, quiet an well appointed, Breakfast in the garden with the view of the Tuscan countryside and the swift flying overhead was a joy. The staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. And the location is great -easy, pleasant walks to any major sight in Siena and the sense that you were in a real neighborhood. We would stay there again.

When you have earplugs supplied on your pillow, you know its not going to be pretty. Unfortunately we drew the short straw and were given the only room facing the street! Most of the night woken by people “ having fun” until 4:30 am Light from the streetlights also as there are only light curtains. Facilities are sparse with no tea/ coffee in the rooms and no cups, spoons or cutlery etc in the kitchen area. We had to buy a couple of cups and our own milk to make our own tea….. when teabags were available. Room servicing was also at a bare minimum. Only replaced one towel the first day. If you do decide to stay at this hotel, ask in advance for a room facing away from the street.
