Es bastante barato en Siem Reap, es más bien un albergue juvenil y no tiene muchos servicios. Si valoras la calidad de tu estancia, ten cuidado. Enfrente del hotel se encuentra Golden Pumpkin, el mejor restaurante local de Siem Reap en Google Maps, muy recomendable. También hay una bonita tienda local al lado donde puedes desayunar. También hay muchas cafeterías cercanas. El supermercado más cercano está a unos 300-400 metros, en dirección a Bar Street. Si necesita comprar comida y artículos de primera necesidad, puede encontrarlo aquí. Hay un Burger King en la gasolinera del cruce. Si estás cansado de comer comida local, puedes venir aquí para tomar un refrigerio rápido para llenar tu estómago. Si necesitas alquilar una moto o una bicicleta, simplemente camina y busca una. Están por todas partes, o puedes preguntarle al propietario del hotel. Si necesitas ir al aeropuerto, ubica la tienda libre de impuestos CDF. Hay un autobús del aeropuerto. Para comprar un boleto, debes ir a la tienda y alguien te guiará. La comida, la ubicación del supermercado y los horarios de los autobuses de Golden Pumpkin se muestran en la imagen (no se puede utilizar el código QR de Telegram en el mapa de horarios de los autobuses). Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly. They forgot we booked two rooms when we arrived but 10 mins later the issue was resolved. Welcome drink and hospitality was nice especially after a full say of traveling. The food was really good the one night we had dinner there. The bed is a bit firm. I didn’t mind but my friend did. Beautiful views from the room. No tv in the rooms tho lol I personally like to fall asleep to a little tv but truly no big deal. The gym however, was the definition of basic. Very minimal equipment but it’s better than nothing.

Good room, friendly staff, every request has been fulfilled. Located next to local fruits market, some streetfood, there's also bakery, pharmacy etc.

PROS: Good service (Reception only, not the restaurant). + Quite location away from busy pub street but still quite close. + Great service from service manager Mr Ny and Mr Thom (I think that's his name) + Mr Ny was very professional and quick to apologise and offer solutions to whatever issues guests encountered. + Mr Thom smiled a lot and was very proactive in helping to carry luggage. + *Most* of the staff at reception greet you warmly when you leave or enter the hotel. CONS: - Limited food options nearby but that of course, is the tradeoff for being in a quieter location. - Supposed to be a non-smoking room but room 208 had a lingering smoke smell. (Quickly changed to room 406 thanks to helpful Mr Ny). - TV in both rooms were very unresponsive to the remote. You have to click several times and at a very particular angle just to change channels. - Body soap and shampoo in large dispenser had a bad smell. It was obviously not changed for a long time. - No hot water in room 406. It was however, quickly fixed by kind and helpful Mr Ny. - American breakfast comes with 2 eggs. I asked if it has to be 2 eggs of the same type or can we choose 1 each of different types (e.g. scrambled and poached which I ordered). Waitress said both are fine. Order came and only had 1 scrambled egg. Raised the issue to another waitress and no apology, just said 'Oh, you want *another* poached egg' when I didn't even get 1 in the first place. Eventually, the missing poached egg did come but the experience was unpleasant. May visit again if they fix the above issues.
