This is a beautifully styled hotel. It has nice comfortable rooms and an outstanding pool/garden area with lots of greenery and shade to cool off. The staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond expectations and even helped us freshen up before our night flight. The kitchen puts out excellent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can even enjoy a drink and meal on the rooftop deck. It is a 15 minute walk to downtown. We didn't mind the walk, but in summer, you might want to get a tuk tuk to avoid the heat. Our family loved our time here and the wife was very happy, which made things even better. 🙂

위치는 공항과 가까우나 작은 시골마을 안쪽으로 외진곳에 있습니다. 그리고 사진과는 많이 다릅니다. 특히 sky bar는 현재 운영을 전혀 하지 않고 있습니다(빈 창고같음) 샤워 물도 따뜻한 물도 잘 안나옵니다. 공항 픽업서비스는 툭툭이로 이용할 수 있습니다. 조식은 그냥 아메리칸스타일~~ 그냥 so so했습니다. 그닥....가족과 여행으로는 비추합니다

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely book here again and look forward to returning in the future!

A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tyk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.

This is what happened, then ask yourself if you ever want to book a room with them: - We booked a room on booking. - We arrived normally at the hotel. - The receptionist came straight to us nervously and laid to us in the face (telling us the ENTIRE hotel is closed, *** why are they full dressed even there then? Why did we not get notified before?) - I said, this is BS and I want to talk to some „manager“ - A man, named Rom, came down the stairs to us (He was already observing us from the top of the hotel) - This is when all gets funny. He basically told us to „piss off“ because the price for which we booked it was a mistake of his, and hence or we pay the correct price (ah so I thought the hotel was closed?) because otherwise his boss, which was in France apparently, would make him pay the difference. - I said, wait a minute. This is not really pir problem and we have the right to stay! I even, because I felt for him (idk why to be honest) offered him that we could stay in any cheaper room and even pay more (but not the full price) so that the hole situation is for both somewhat acceptable. - He couldn’t do that, and ask us to leave! This hotel apart from beeing runned by dishonest people is a joke compared to better options like onederz! (the hote we ended up and are now looking back, even thankfull for that!) Anyways, if you can, avoid this place!

It was absolutely wonderful to return to Won Residence. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are all very personable and helpful. I also booked tours through them and they were great. We were very well taken care of. Certainly the best boutique hotel to stay in Siem Reap. Will be back to stay the next time I am in Cambodia.

Very nice stay! The hotel is small with beautiful rooms. The staff was very kind and tried to help us all the time. They let us cancel one room (due 2 of us couldn’t fly to SR) even if the cancelation period was over. And they even bought us a new suitcase because one it got broken on the transfer from the airport to the hotel. Location is great, away from the busy-noisy Siem Reap centre, but in a walkable distance. Breakfast was nice too 😊. Overall a great experience

We have been traveling Asia since August and have stayed in many large, highly rated hotels, as well as smaller boutique hotels. This is a smaller boutique hotel located within minutes of town center, Siem Reap. Of all the hotels, large and small, that we have stayed in during our travels, this place proved to be one of the most enjoyable, comfortable, and service-oriented places we have stayed. The room was immaculate, and the Air Conditioning kept our room perfectly accommodating. The weather was quite hot and humid, so after touring for 6-8 hours, coming back to a cozy, air conditioned room felt like home. The king-sized mattress was so comfortable, and the separate shower and tub were convenient. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant by the Rooftop the first night. Then my wife reserved dinner at a highly rated restaurant in town center the next night. For us, the food at our hotel was much better than that of the highly rated restaurant and other local restaurants we ate at, so we decided finish our stay enjoying breakfast and dinner at our hotel. The cook and servers are extremely professional and always smiling. The landscaping, greenery, and pool made it so relaxing. Every morning we would go sit by the pool with our coffee and fresh fruit. We would drop off our laundry, which was cleaned, and neatly folded when we returned. We highly recommend Won Residence , and will definitely stay here again in the future.

We booked this hotel in February 2023. We emailed them three times to ask to be picked up from the airport as the advertised free pick up and early check in. Three weeks before we are supposed to arrive we have an email to say that they are cancelling our booking because there is road construction outside the hotel and it affects the entrance. Also they have a problem with three rooms as they are leaking (I assume they mean flooded). We have got a refund for the rooms but we have lost £1600 on the flights as the were non refundable from Singapore Airlines. I suspect the road construction has been going on for sometime and they hoped it would all be over by the time we arrived and that is why they didn’t respond to our three emails. My holiday insurance won’t pay out on the flights as they say it’s the responsibility of the hotel but I have a cat in hells chance if ever getting the money back. Is it even worth trying?
