Overall 4/10 - It was a Nice journey there. Steady flight. Shuttle bus was hard to find after checking out of the airport. But once we arrived at the hotel, it was luxurious looking and clean. Room was big and the overall look was amazing. Air con wasn't great and the shower was only just warm on max. No daily fridge stock up. Reception tried to kick us out 2 days early. We were sleeping at the time when we were rudely summoned to the reception. Then after explaining that we have a further 2days left.... The cleaner didn't leave us any towels! During the kids tiny disco there's options to buy popcorn or candy floss. The popcorn is 5 euro for the smallest box. In my opinion, this should be in the all inclusive aspect. Apart from the alcohol, I don't really feel like I got much from this hotel. Cleaner doesn't actually change sheets... She flips them. Still dirty. (blood stains from my unexpected period on the flip side) No WiFi. You have to pay 30 euros for 1 week for each device. Food & drink 4/10 - Plenty of cheese at the all you can eat! Basically I lived off cheese, bread, eggs & salad. I didn't expect to live off salad whilst on holiday but that was really all I wanted. The rice was sticky and the veg too soft. There was some meat like shredded chicken or turkey every now and again. But nothing to write home about. No curries or anything I looked forward to. Nothing Turkish! A la carte - you were supposed to get 3 of these... Fish restaurant... Mexican and Italian... Upon booking we could only book 2 which was Mexican. We goes to the restaurant... Waited 20 mins to be seated. Had salad and bread on table. We had to wait a further half hour for drinks. First course came after half hour. Then another half hour between courses. My daughter didn't even get her main course. We left before dessert and got asked to leave a tip! Said no and left. Food was good but service and lack of organisation let it down. 2 out of 10 id give it. The choice of drinks included in the all inclusive was watered down spirits and full fat soft drink, or beer. That's it. The cocktails you had to pay 9 euros for. Outdoor/pools 6/10 - Aqua park, slides, good. (aqua park only open 4 hours a day which we found strange. Hence the 6 out of 10) Lots of loungers. We didnt struggle for a place. Pools clean. Other activities such as zip lines, Trampoline, ariel were all over priced. Example - 10 euro for 10 mins on trampoline. Shopping inside and outside hotel 6/10 - ideally, I wanted to go to a big bazaar. The sort what takes hours to cover. But we got sent to a little mall type one where everything was overpriced. It only took us half hour to cover it. Also had to pay for our own taxis even though the rep organised a free shuttle. Shops directly outside hotel amazing and cheap though. The shops within the complex are all outside businesses and are shockingly expensive. I paid £20 for a life jacket for my 6 year old. An old frost bitten ice lolly was 5 euros! Across

das Seaden Quality Resort & Spa war wirklich traumhaft schön. Die Lage des Hotels, das Frühstück, Lunch und das Dinner immer sehr schmackhaft und toll angerichtet. Die täglich wechselnden Highlights ( Octopus-Carpaccio / der Truthahn / die Ente etc. ) waren einfach köstlich. Hervorzuheben ist die Zuvorkommenheit des GESAMTEN PERSONALS,die wunderschönen Zimmer und die absolute Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel und der gesamten Hotelanlage.

Let me warn you before you start reconsidering your trip to this hotel. The owner of this hotel has changed last year and the deterioration of infrastructure and service started... Maybe opinions before 2023 were positive but currently everything has changed in worse and opinions I can read from last months are the reflection of the current status. Most if not all rooms are not (!) renovated. In main building you can see a couple of them with new furniture but whole building, halls, carpets are old and dirty. In the other buildings it is just nightmare - dirty, broken furniture, smelly toilets etc Restaurants and food - every day you get the same food. Boring and poor quality by all means. I had to clean tables outside to be able to eat as they were so dirty, covered with stains, dust etc. Disgusting feeling ...   Very often when you come a bit later you need to fight for a spoon or fork as they were missing - 5* hotel standard ;) Tea glass cups were covered with brown mist - not properly cleaned or so old used for years now Coffee machines are old  and poor - coffee tastes very poor. Not recommended. Infrastructure - The hotel is located nice but it looks like no one cares about guest satisfaction. Broken chairs, dirty tables, filthy lift, messy halls with food left by quests and not cleaned for 3-4 days... It is the standard you can see there daily. My toilet and bathroom together were very tiny. Everyday I needed to close the door to it as the smell coming from the sewage was so horrible I could not sleep. Let me remind you - 5* hotel... Tennis courts - the worst experience. Please, never use them. They are not flat ;) There are 3 clay courts but you cannot play. The clay is loose and the ball does not bounce. Lines are not properly attached so there is a risk of getting hurt. Hard courts are so dirty that my white shorts after a 2 hours game and putting the ball into my pocket were black. I really have never seen such a dirty place in my life before. When you use lights be prepared for disco lights - one lamp is turning on and the other is dimming completely. Stay away from this abandoned place. The choice is yours - I was a victim of this place and regret every single euro I paid for it.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, you should not book this hotel. If you like noise, you will be fine here. There are certainly positive aspects about this hotel: large rooms, nice shower, clean, close to the beach, 45 min walk to Side on the boulevard, baklava every day, the fresh waffles and most of the staff is friendly. But the constant noise prevails and cannot be ignored: at the pool and on the (breakfast)terrace you can hear the air conditioner of the neighboring hotel humming 24/7. It is very loud (70 dB) with a screeching sound a few times a minute as if metal is being cut. Also, in the morning several garbage trucks come beeping by and the glass container is emptied with a lot of noise and shouting. Then the boom boom music at the pool is turned on at 10 am. If you sit as far away from the boxes as possible it's less annoying but then you constantly smell a sewer smell.... On the beach you also constantly hear loud music from the hotels behind it or you hear the engines of the speedboats and jet skis that are right next to the Valentine beach. Other guests also play their own music at the pool or beach and the staff unfortunately tolerates this. In our room you could also hear the boom boom music from the other hotels in the area and/or the neighbors until 23h30 and sometimes later. In short, it's impossible to have a moment of peace and quiet here. Some other small points of improvement: towels too small for the sunbeds, hardly any service at the lobby/terrace, you get water in plastic cups, only plastic cutlery at the beach bar, little choice at the lunch buffet, staff only speaks to you in German when ordering something (even at the reception the gentleman spoke incomprehensible English) and you have to pay for a safe in your room. We will not return here nor will we recommend this hotel to anyone because of the 24/7 noise pollution and I would even recommend you to book another hotel if you still can!

Our second time staying in this hotel and it was every bit as good as last time. Rooms spotless, food and drink of a really good quality, and lots of choice, including branded international drinks. The A la cartes are both really nice, we visited each one to break up our week of buffet food, the menus could be more varied but that’s just me being picky. Special mention to the staff at the hotel, they go above and beyond… Volkan and Kahramen (ask him for a napkin rose!) at Fely, and Arif at the beach bar and main buffet restaurant. Have to do a special mention for Jasmin who runs the kids club and children’s disco in an evening, she is so patient and genuinely cares for the children. My little boy is autistic and she was fantastic with him, making sure he was included. The only negative during our stay was the freezing cold pools, we booked this hotel purposely as they advertised as having heated pools… they definitely do not, we couldn’t even go in the big pools as they were far too cold. I don’t remember them being this cold from our last visit so maybe it was because we came in October, but I do believe if the hotel is advertising heated pools then they should be heated.

İlk olarak superior adlı odamızda teknik bir problem olması ve biraz gecikme ile tatile başlamamız ile tereddüt ile başlamıştık. Fakat resepsiyon personeli o kadar güzel kompanse etti ki hiç gözümüze gelmedi. Odamızın deluxe oda ile degistirdiler ve mahcup bi sekilde tolere ettiler. Her yerde olabilir ama kompanse etmeleri müthiş bi incelikti onun icin resepsiyon gorevlerine tesekkur ederiz. Otelin püf noktası deluxe odalar. Sessiz havuza sahip olan bu odalar hem sakın hem büyük hem jakuzili, ve manzaralı. Sesiz havuz mükemmel biraz yer kapma telaşı oluyor ama olsun. Barindaki personeller çok güler yüzlü. Muhsin beye buradan bir teşekkürü borç biliriz hem güler yüzlü hem çok güzel ağırladı. Otelin yemekleri güzel her akşam bir konsept var. O konsepte dair yemekler güzel. Rezervasyon yaptirirsaniz ala carte ücretsiz. Biz sandal da yer bilabildik yemekleri ve ilgi çok güzeldi. Kahvaltisi çok çeşitli güzel orada da personeller daima gözünüzün içine bakıyordu. Denizi kayalık ve bizim tatihlerimizde dalgalı idi giremedik ama normalde çok sakinmis oradan yararlanamadık Ana havuz kalabalık ve pool bar da kuyruk var ama şef Süleyman bey orayi harika yönetiyor. Her seye yetisiyor harika bir profesyonel. Tesekkur ederiz. Kumsal bar snack türü az ama lezzetli yine çalışanlar iyiydi. Animasyon ekibine de ayrı değinmek istiyorum. Hepsi eğlenceli tipler. Airgun animasyonu yapan İrem hanım akşam animasyonları da bize eşlik etti. Harika enerjileri var. Tesekkur ederiz. Sonuc olarak çok guzel bir tatildi barut hemera ekibine teşekkür ederiz. Eksileri. Sadece ana havuz kalabalık ve küçük kalmış ama havuzu olan odaları tercih ederseniz pişman olmazsiniz P.s. Daha önce butik otellerde az misafir olduğu icin ilgi alaka görüyorduk. Büyük otellerde ise yabancı misafire ekstra ilgi Türk olduğu anlaşılınca ve ya bir şey dile getirince yüzümüze bakılmıyor. Barut hemera bu sorunu nasıl aşmış bilmiyorum ama personeller gerçekten harika ilgileniyor. Onlarında orada çalışmaktan mutlu olduğu belli oluyor.
