One week no cleaning, changed 2 times the towel and empty the bin. The description of the hotel is a lie, they write only good parts but is not true. Dirty restaurant, a lot of cat walk on table, remain hair and dirty on table, the cat stolen food from table, and the food... no comment... i pay all inclusive and i eat on town. All inclusive mean no drink water, water need to be payed extra. Shutle bus to beach 2 times on day from hotel to beach, and the beach very far 15-20 min whit bus. First time I’ve ever been happy to come home from holiday

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in Side Terrible attitude off staff If not all inclusive you can’t sit in restaurant (after food is finished) & buy a beer Cockroaches in room Door doesn’t lock Cleaner knocking at 8.30am every morning Tv not in bedroom

Hotel was okay for me just to use as a base( I went self catering). The bed was comfortable, there was a kettle,a hotplate and a toaster which basically was all I really needed. The staff were friendly and polite, for the price I paid I'd probably stay there again if I go back to Side.

No matter what other people are saying. These apartments are exactly what you pay for. The staff are courteous and friendly, the food is of a good standard and the cats(yes plenty of them) are non intrusive. The only downside is that budget hotels like this one, attracts a ‘certain type’ of tourist. By that I mean the I’ll get my moneys worth on this all inclusive by drinking the bar dry type. There is plenty to see in the town. Ruins, museums and endless knock off clothing shops. All I can recommend is, maybe buy some ear plugs for the noisy brits at night.

Let me address some of the reviews that I have read on here. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant and will go above and beyond expectations to help you. The rooms are clean and pleasant, also the room has been cleaned regularly. The food is really good value considering the fact that I paid an extra £26 per person for 5 nights to upgrade to all inclusive. The hotel has undergone a recent refurb and it shows. I paid less than £500 for 5 nights here for me and my wife and we have had a fantastic time. If you are expecting five star silver service then this is not the place for you. Quadruple your budget and you will get what you are looking for.

It's cheap for a reason. The outside of the hotel seriously makes you want to drive straight past. The inside is better. The pools look nice. It was too cold to go in them at the time. The rooms are super basic. Beds are hard with single size blankets on a double bed. A lot of the staff seem like they don't want to be there. The food was okay...ish. Best I can say. WARNING they allow cats to roam the restaurant. They jump up and beg for food. Absolute no no for me and I love cats. With all inclusive... You pay €10 for WiFi You pay for cocktails You pay €4 per 1/2 hr for the pool table The best part of the holiday was a restaurant at the top of the road called Buffalo Steak House. Best restaurant I've ever been to. You can get a cab into the main market Manavgat Bazaar. The old town and ruins are amazing. It was a cheap break and you get what you pay for.

This Hotel is absolutely brilliant. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel has its own supermarket on site which is very cheap. The hotel is also close to bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

- Very nice resort with clean facilities, everything that is needed is here (a la carte restaurant, market, jewellery store etc.) - Plenty of pool space (I would recommend getting up early to put towels out - even though there is a warning for reserving beds) - Food does the job. Some days are better than others but there are plenty of options - if AI the a la carte menu is an extra cost (offer nice food though) - Drinks are limited on AI (simple spirits, wine, beer, and soft drinks) - cocktails are an extra cost but they have happy hour :) - For AI, there were a lot of additional costs that we weren’t expecting (Wifi, Cocktails/Cider, Ice cream, Game room activities) - As a couple ourselves, if you are looking for a relaxing adults only experience I wouldn’t recommend - not the most peaceful resort with lots of kids around and jumping and splashing in the pool causing chaos - Had the studio apartment, perfect for a base, had a good sized balcony, kitchen if needed, bathroom and shower were to a great standard, bed was comfy and AC was a massive bonus - Room was cleaned daily and rubbish emptied - Only a 15 min walk for the beach (lots of markets, would recommend going out to the restaurants by the sea front, and the town by the harbour is lovely! worth the sweaty walk for sure)
