Begonville Apart Hotel

The worse hotel I ever been to ! Don't go here ! Disgusting rooms with black mole eveyvere and that smells! And disgusting outside the hotell! Don't fall for this ! I can't belive how this hotel can make it or are people just dumb?; the staff are rude and angry most of the time and nonchalant. poor cleaning. everything is under criticism! and as soon as we pointed out negative things about the room they didn't answer us but just moved on. the breakfast is disgusting and bad, dry sandwiches and little toppings. no, do yourself a favor and don't book this!! Begonville is a well managed aparthotel not far from old town in Side. It content 48 units, apartments and studios. There is a restaurant and poolbar in the garden, and the hotel offer turkish bath and massage treatment by appointment. In september the atmosphere was calm and laid back. The garden had enough sunbeds and the pool was never crowdy. Our apartment was equipped for 4 persons and the balcony overlooked the pool area. The chef made tasty turkish food to an average price and once a week the hotel offer "turkish night" with barberque and bellydance. The staff were all friendly and cared a lot for their guests. The WiFi was as expected, a bit slow and not very good inside our apartment. In the balcony it worked out ok. The kitchen is not for preparing the big dinner, but its ok for simple meals. I will recommend this hotel for all kind of guests, as the staff care so well for all. They make the atmosphere great. We will not hesitate to come back an other yesr.

This is absolutely a family-friendly hotel in Side! We were first very disappointed, because we had to pay extra to get air conditioning, but after a closer look we saw that our travel company had told us this beforehand. The room quality isn’t the best, but at this price range it’s more than enough! The service is excellent, but some of the people isn’t any good in English. We love that we had a refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. The hotel offers a 24 hour front desk and room service. The included breakfast price you can order isn’t any good. They offer only eggs, bread, jam, chocolate, cheese and ham. If we are going back we’re not going to order any preordered breakfast. We had a pleasant stay, and hope to come back!
