Lemas Suite Hotel

If you are looking for the perfect budget hotel, look no further. We went last year, loved it so much, we returned this year and have already booked for next year. The hotel is spotless. Cleaned every day without fail. Yes, some of the rooms are basic, but how long do you spend in your room? The food is lovely and value for money. The head chef Alex is great and will go over and above to cook your favourite meal. All the staff are great but a special mention must go to Adam who is the bar manager. That man has such a kind heart and will do anything for you. The pools are lovely and clean, plenty of sun beds with waiters on hand when needed. It is situated near enough to the “strip” but far enough away for peace and quiet. If you are looking for a busy bustling hotel with pool parties and non stop entertainment, this is not for you. If you are looking for a beautiful small hotel with great staff, clean rooms and a “nothings too much trouble” attitude in a peaceful environment then look no further. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s perfect if you have the right attitude.

Lovely hotel friendly staff. Nice and clean . Two lovely pools. Reception staff were very helpful ,lady in the shop was really friendly. Hotel is a way out from side old town restaurants in the old town can be expensive so food and drink in hotel is good value . Loved the Turkish breakfast and omelets, a taxi to the center is roughly 10 euros one way. Lots of cheaper places to eat around and about hotel . They held some great evening entertainment .Bus in the morning to take you to the near by beach and later on in the afternoon to bring you back . Ideal spot for pick up for trips which I highly recommend going on . I would return ,good value for money .

Another lovely stay at Lemas apartments. Can’t fault anything about these apartments they are basic but clean lovely big pool and an adult only pool which is lovely and peaceful.Fatos our cleaner went over and above. Highly recommend.

Came here in the 2002 same family friendly atmosphere. Staff and management go out their way to help. Perfect location to discover Side. Everything you need on site good food ,drinks excellent staff and a Manager who really cares for the business,Thanks to all at the LEMAS Suite

Second time staying at Lemas suite and we intend on returning again next year. Improving already on last year air con was Included in our stay which is brilliant for a 2 star hotel. In my opinion I think a 2 star rating for this hotel is very low. The decor on rooms might be dated but they're incredibly clean, cleaners in daily and towels changed. The pool and bar area is also unbelievably clean, the bar staff go above and beyond running around after everyone with a smile on their face nothing is too much trouble!! The food onsite is all cooked fresh to order and reasonably priced. The onsite shop staff are so friendly as is the hair stylist. It's only a 5 minute walk to some shops and restaurants. Most bigger restaurants further out picked us up although we did walk to the harbour one evening and although took a while was a lovely walk. Beach can be reached in 10 mins :) Hotel might be rated 2 stars but the staff make it 5 star service. Can't speak for lower reviews we stayed in the main hotel building but the holiday was well priced for what we got. If you was 5 star fixtures and fittings I wouldn't book a 2 star. It's clean l, comfortable and the staff make is amazing:)

Terrible Terrible hotel. Flew with Jet 2 and they have always been great and been to Turkey a few times already. I did look at the reviews before I booked an they were mainly positive. I heard Side was a great place so thought would go for a 3 night breaj However my experience wasn't great at all. On arrival at reception, the staff member wanted to me share a room with another man who had come off the coach at the same time, I said No and also did not want to share the room even with the room upgrade he was offering. 1st night could not sleep as heard a vibration g humming noise coming from the wall. Reported it to reception the next day and see if I could swop rooms, they said sorry we do not have spare rooms. The next night same issue, from around 10pm onwards. I rang reception at 4.00am and the staff member came to my room and we worked out the noise was coming from. The large external fan on next door neighbour' AC, again no other spare room.Also I tried to speak to Manager but the staff kept saying he is not in. I spoke to Sabo the Jet2 rep (nice guy) and he said video record it which I did. Later on teg second day an engineer came to my room and advised me the fan needs replacing the next day. The last night there and tge same issue no sleep. Speok to reception andeven though Manager was in hotel the staff lied to me and then told the fan would now be fixed in 2 weeks time! .i also found out that a lady ccomolinaed about the noisy fan and was given another room, so it is not just me complaining. I think the staff realised I was there for 3 nights so did not want to give the room to someone who would stay longer not nice. Lack of sleep 3 nights ruined my holiday. The hotel and staff are about making money off you, booked half board only to be told need to pay for water in evening mea, alsol not found food on buffet good and they want you to order and pay, for food at the bar which like the drinks is very expensive, safety deposit is charged per day, it is just about making money and not Customer Service, also the rooms need updating and so it should be a 1 star rating not 2.5. Very dissapointed that something trivial, which could and should have been sorted but instead they accused of making things up and no help from anyone at the hotel, Side the place was lovely, especially the Old Town catch no.1 bus it is 25Lira one way. The weather was great too. I hope you have a happy experience than I did. Have complaint to Jet2 and will see what they will do.
