Side Yesiloz Hotel

We stayed at Side Yesilöz Hotel for a week with an all-inclusive package and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and spacious, and the wide variety of food options made it easy to find something delicious that suited our tastes. There are also various services available at the hotel, one of which we highly recommend – Attila Photographer, located in the hotel yard. Not only does he take professional photos with great support during the shoot, but he also offers a personalized tour to scenic spots of your choice. This way, you get beautiful photos and a private excursion in one! The prices are very flexible and affordable. A shuttle bus conveniently takes you to the beach, so you don’t have to worry about transportation. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation at Side Yesilöz Hotel and would definitely recommend it!

Avoid at all cost, there is no cleaning going on here just seeeping up and fresh towels, made me and my daughter very ill, twice tried to get the room disinfected after vomit all over, cleaner turned up with a sweeping brush. The staff are rude and unhelpful, the overall standard are horrendous. The water slides are decent tho. Be prepared for a 3 am wake up call from local mosc

The hotel is not bad, but the staff does not try at all to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Nobody's smiling. Instead of a standard room, he was accommodated in an economy room, because there is no place to stay because of overbooking. Changed the number to standard the next day. There is not even a window in that room, there are no black out curtains, there is only a balcony door with a blind. The air conditioner blows directly into the bed. The bathroom has no shelf or countertop around the sink, so you have to store your cosmetics in the room. One plus is that it was quiet. The food hasn't changed in 8 days: hearty goulash, mackerel, chicken, French fries and rice, and pasta. Soups are not edible, and desserts are not wow. In the restaurant, the air conditioner works so weakly that you are all wet by the time you eat. a huge minus is that there is no normal coffee anywhere, because coffee is not drunk even in the bar. The selection of drinks in the bar is very poor, it takes at least 8 minutes to drive to the beach and you will be lucky if you can sit down. Finding a free lounger by the pool is mission impossible. It's so nice that they are all occupied even at night, and the staff doesn't like it, because there are even 2 people on duty at the door of the restaurant to make sure no one takes anything away. So many people have to eat lunch in 1.5 hours. I have never seen such a schedule anywhere. There was no thought of leaving a tip, because there was absolutely nothing for it, except for Ali, who does all the most difficult work, welcomes and escorts guests, carries suitcases. The hotel staff was very disappointing.

Awful and unhealthy made me sick all night rooms are never properly clean wouldn’t recommend at all it was a disappointment along with some rude staff and the waterslides not too great ended up in injury and the food was bad I couldn’t eat anything at the place at all

My friend and I spent 11 days in this hotel in Promo room, overlooking the swimming pool. Positive things: 1)the bus transfer to the beach is regular and convenient 2)the beach is clean, has water to wash and drink, sunbeds and a tent above the head - much better than sunshades! Water is clear, entrance is great 3)the room is spacious, the air-con is very quiet 4)a lot of herbs, lettuce and vegetables in the buffet, a lot of sponge cakes(deserts) 5)every day we got a 1,5l water bottle 6)it's possible to buy a turkish Sim-card at the market which is inside the hotel itself Negative things: 1)our balcony door handle wasn't fixed no matter how many times we asked 2)enough evenings we didn't have warm water, one night there was no water in the shower at all 3)the light in the shower is very dim, the mirror in the room is positioned in a way that you can never look at yourself while standing 4)the music by the pool is SO LOUD! There's no peace and quiet until 10.30 PM, be prepared to listen to the same deafening soundtrack over and over again! Going to the room, if it overlooks the swimming pool, cannot help you hide from it, so don't expect to get an early night. Even earplugs couldn't save me! Most days there's loud music in the canteen, too, which is very disturbing. 5)half of the stuff don't speak any English at all, even basic things. 6)The food! If you're a meat lover at heart, like I am, or expect to eat nice Turkish delicacies - abandon all hope. You'll be eating same green salads and chicken every day, only occasionally fighting for a small piece of meat. There are no turkish delights either, just sponge cakes. The juices are of course super chemical and sometimes diluted with water. I was very unhappy with the food most of the time, and I got a food poisoning the second day (only ate at the hotel). I know Turkey has amazing food, but you won't get it here. The owners really economise on meat! I haven't had lamb once(( 6)the animation is weirdly organised - they never really announce if there's gonna be a performance or something interesting.Instead, they actively ask you to go to a night club with them! 7)There's no free WI-FI even in the reception lobby!! If you want to have any means of communication, you either buy access for 15 bucks for two weeks, or a Turkish sim-card. Overall, I don't really recommend this hotel

За 129 тысяч на 2 перосны, 6 ночей-отличный отель. Персонал приветливый, на баре не жадные ребята. Бассейн закрывается в 7, хотелось бы, что бы в 22⁰⁰. Номер у меня был отличный, но санузел требует ремонта. Отзыв ниже, про неисправный унитаз- правдивый. У нас тоже был неисправен, иногда прос о не смывал. Вызвали техника- никто не пришел, но мы решили не заморачиваться и не портить себе настроение. В остальном- все супер. Ходит отельный, бесплатный автобус до пляжа. На пляже свои лежаки. Всегда есть свободные. Бесплатные, безалкогольные Юпи- напитки на пляже, вкусные арбузы. Ресторан отличный. В ресторане и на ресепшене не хватает кондиционеров. Остался доволен
