Trendy Beach Hotel offers a stay that’s a mix of pros and cons: we found it caters mainly for Germans, we, being English, were in a minority. One lady said she’d been there a week, and we were the first English that she’d been able to chat with. With regard to the hotel, first and foremost, it’s impeccably clean, and the staff are attentive and accommodating, even if language can be a slight barrier; any issues, such as our room being too noisy, were resolved quickly and efficiently. The private beach setup could be better, though. Sunbeds are lined up in tight rows, and, due to the parasols, you're often sitting in shade, which can be frustrating if you're hoping to sunbathe. Also, if you're a non-smoker, you may find it challenging to enjoy the beach area or even the pool and bar, as smoking is common, and there's little relief if someone lights up nearby. Food and drink quality could use improvement; the meals are fairly mediocre, and the hotel uses lower-quality alcohol in its drinks, so the bar experience falls short of expectations. The stage used for the evening entertainment is in the far corner so, unless you get a seat early, it’s awkward to view. Location-wise, the hotel is situated on a parade, the back streets can be gloomy, but there’s a scenic stroll to the marina, which is lovely, as is the nearby old town. However, the local shops tend to all sell the same, fake-branded items, which might not appeal to everyone. One highlight worth mentioning is the Turkish bath and the massages on offer—they were genuinely relaxing and a standout part of our stay. Overall, Trendy Beach is a solid choice if you're looking for a clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff. It's worth noting that there are some drawbacks, such as limitations with the food options, a scarcity of non-smoking areas, and a focus on German clientele.

We had a nice time. The hotel was very clean and the room was very nice . Food ok for two nights then seems the same stuff. Beach and pool was very good. But sunbeds go very quickly after 7 in the morning. The only downside was so many Germans. And the staff always greet you in German. All the announcements are in German very little in English. It does wear you down after a few days . TUI should say this a very German hotel. Don’t think we would have stayed here knowing it was manly German. Nothing against German people. But it was hard work even with the staff.

This hotel was full of German people, all the Turkish staff spoke German or Turkish. Not suitable here for a British couple. Worst holiday I have ever had in Turkey. TUI should have been aware of the facts above.

We went to this hotel in June for 2 weeks and were so impressed we went back in October for 9 days and have also booked to go back for 10 days next October. The hotel is lovely the food is good the beach is nice the rooms are comfortable and the drinks are long and cool but the one thing that stands out is the fantastic staff Omer who is the supervisor and all of the restaurant and bar staff are amazing so friendly and efficient they know what you drink and bring them to you without you even having to ask. The staff were the reason we keep going back and I would advise anyone to go to this lovely hotel and let Omer and his team look after you

Just returned home for the second time at this hotel. The rooms are kept very clean . The people are friendly and the food is amazing. The weather was glorious and I would definitely recommend and return to Trendy Side Beach.

Excellent value! Right on the beach, located close to Side centre, small and compact, delicious food, really friendly and helpful staff, nice room (perhaps a little bit too small), mostly German, Slovak, Czech and UK guests.

Small hotel, but very great experience! Hotel is for 16+ guest. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday, with good services and the possibility of walking along the beach or shopping - we definitely recommend it. The hotel is barrier-free, also suitable for wheelchair users. Within the hotel you will find a mini market, hotel photographer, spa/massage, hamam, small fitness room, lobby bar with billiards. - - - A very good selection of food and drinks - we had no problem choosing (but you won't find English breakfast here). Vegetables, fruits, cheeses, salamis, omelettes. For lunch and dinner, various types of meat, meals, desserts. We also recommend trying ice cream and gozleme. Drinks in the bar - alcoholic and non-alcoholic, sludge, mineral water, mixed drinks. ---- Purchase options approx. 200 meters from the hotel, a side street full of shops (clothing, handbags, market, souvenirs, optics, pharmacy) approx. 15-10 minutes to the city center - monument, shops, bars, restaurants, port ---- Animation programs in the hotel - aquagym, petanque, darts, evening dance/music program. ---- Sandy beach with a gradual entrance to the sea. Parasols and deckchairs included in the all-inclusive price. Water sports for a fee.

This hotel is fantastic the staff are so friendly and the food is fantastic and the pool is cool and the entertainment is off the hook:)) I highly recommend coming here for holiday and as always the weather is so hot and the spa massage is so awesome 👌

We are on the last day of our 2 week stay at Trendy and I wanted to give an honest review about our stay as I think that a few other reviewers have been far too harsh on Trendy!! We have loved every minute of being here and would highly recommend it!!! It’s spotlessly clean, the staff are so friendly and hardworking and the beachfront location is perfect! The hotel was full and we were the only English couple here, the other guests are German, Russian and Slovakian. It really didn’t bother us as the whole point of coming here was to get away and relax as a couple and not have chit chat round the bar/pool with strangers. Food is plentiful but can get repetitive. There is soooooo much choice at every meal and yes it is geared towards the German guests but it’s all delicious and fresh. You won’t get any pork ingredients so your full English breakfast doesn’t exist here! Drinks are quite limited and my husband was disappointed that there wasn’t any rum! If you like vodka, beer, gin, whisky and brandy then you will be fine. The wine isn’t the best but it’s drinkable. It’s spotless here! There are cleaners constantly buzzing around and keeping the place immaculate. The entertainment team were pretty rubbish but that’s just our personal taste. The performance stage is small so they are limited to what they can do.
