W&K " Centru Istoric Sibiu

We were very disappointed with our stay here. There's no elevator, no air conditioning in the rooms and the place needs some major updating. Carpet is old and stained. The room was hot and muggy..we tried opening the window but the outside street noise was too loud. There were used, dirty slippers left behind for guests to use. Although our reservation was made through booking, the owners asked us to cancel online reservation and pay them in cash. Upon check out, we asked for a receipt, and they refused to provide one. This place is grossly overpriced for what it provides. Its location is definitely not as described. You need to Uber or drive to old town. It's located on a main highway with nothing charming surrounding it. Save your money and find a better place to stay when in Sibiu. These people take advantage of tourists and run a shady business!!
