Ji Hotel (Muhai Branch)

We reserved and prepaid for a superior room, but on arrival were told all superior rooms were already taken and got a normal room. The room faucet did not work properly in that room. We changed to a superior room on the second day and it was good. Not all rooms are in perfect condition. We also got a room on a previous stay where the shower door would block and be very difficult to open by one person alone. But these are minor points. We still recommend the hotel, the rooms are airy, the beds comfortable, the showers have lots of hot water and pressure, and the design is modern. It’s clean and functional . Breakfast is decent. The wifi is very good except that it works only when the TV is on and you have to re-enter the password all the time. We recommend this hotel and will come back.

全季酒店整體設施都是可以的，無論從大廳還是到客房，都保持着一貫的水準。就是服務這邊，應該沒有專業人員培訓，或者是沒有好好交待，比如顧客進店，前台辦理入住手續，沒有你好，下午好，早上好，問候語缺失！反倒是客房的工作人員都會主動打招呼。我們住了兩天，第二天一早大約是一位前台領班吧，不僅主動打招呼，還給我們拿水路上帶着喝，非常熱情！但是最後一天離店，前台的服務就又和入住的時候一樣了。整個沭陽酒店業還是蠻在線的，硬件條件都不錯，但是軟件很缺失，當然也不是你們一家的問題，南邊的榮譽國際也是這個樣子，甚至於更差。世貿是前台服務很好，但是硬件一般。希望你們加強前台服務培訓吧！

還可以，工作人員都挺好的，就是床頭燈和走廊不能單獨打開，很麻煩，要麼很暗要麼很亮
