El condo tiene una gran vista a Landmark y un acceso muy fácil a la tienda y FamilyMart justo delante del condo. Letratamente caminando a la tienda Landmark. El condo tiene lavavajillas, nevera, cocina, pero no hay microondas. No confío en sus copas, herramientas y potes, así que no lo usamos. El suelo es desafortunadamente muy liso. Idk por qué pero tengo que llevar un liso una vez que toco en la casa. El baño es muy dulce y necesita limpieza profunda. Sin embargo, el servicio es bueno. Necesitas usar WhatsApp para comunicar y ellos arreglarán ppl para limpiar etc..

La ubicación era conveniente ya que estaba conectada directamente con Landmark81. El proceso de check-in fue rápido y sencillo. El piso de la cocina estaba empapado de agua, Si el interior del gabinete permanece sucio, La limpieza era mala. La ropa de cama también olía mal. 　 (Respondieron rápidamente a las consultas y cuando les pedí que reponeran el papel higiénico, lo trajeron de inmediato). Agradecí que hubiera agua y comodidades mínimas (cepillo de dientes, champú). Además, esperaba que hubiera una piscina, pero después de registrarme descubrí que la piscina estaba restringida solo para residentes. La descripción en trip.com decía que había una piscina como instalación, pero el propietario explicó que estaba descrita en detalle, por lo que me decepcionó no poder usar la piscina.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view of the city. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, particularly the fitness center and the rooftop pool, which provided a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary needs. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Saigon Hotel was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax. I also appreciated the convenient amenities, including a washing machine, a well-equipped gym, and a delicious breakfast each morning. Overall, it was a fantastic stay！

Amazing breakfast(taste and choice). Good rooftop. Great concierge. Perfect location. Overall it was good but some very specific points of improvement : - They have a weird green light in the room always on, apparently it's the emergency exit light(the thing you're supposed to have in *public* corridor). Except it's way too bright to sleep and it wasn't on during my first night. They can't turn it off. No idea why they have it inside the room. No other hotels I've been in HCM or the rest of Vietnam have this. This is pretty awkward design as no one can miss the exit direction in 20 sqm even with smoke. - The curtain can't close completely/efficiently so if you're on the east side you'll be bothered by the sunlight quite early. - I didn't take the breakfast for the last night but they automatically charged me the price on my deposit. They had no way to control if I took or not the breakfast, so I had to insist. Not something you like to waste your time on at checkout time. - the wifi was poor(multiple time had the message ”will reconnect when the signal will be better” while the signal looked strong). Also can't connect a Nintendo switch to the wifi.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and our stay was amazing!! The service from the moment you step in to the moment you step out is top tier. They have such welcoming, attentive and friendly staff who always go above and beyond. I don’t think I opened the door myself once when entering or exiting the building and was greeted warmly every morning and upon every return!! The rooms themselves are very clean and it stays that way as they have an impeccable house keeping service. They have breakfast available every morning and a gym which isn’t very extensive but has all the essentials. There also isn’t a pool, however, with the location being in the heart of Japan town and within walking distance of all the major sites (War Remnant Museum, Independence Palace, CBD), health and wellness centres and great food as well as in range for day tour pick up, this isn’t much of an issue as there is plenty to see and do at your doorstep. We will definitely be back!!

Near to airport that is helpful for short stayer. Hotel has shuttle service to and fro airport which is a bonus if the flight time match the shuttle time. There is a mart of amenities and restaurants just opposite. Big and spacious room. Worth the deal

Esta es mi valoración de un hotel de cuatro estrellas, un total de 300 palabras: Hace poco estuve en un hotel de 4 estrellas y en general mi experiencia fue muy satisfactoria. En primer lugar, la apariencia del hotel es muy moderna y llamativa, lo que me hizo sentir muy cómodo. Al entrar al vestíbulo, me impresionó el personal cálido y amable. Brindaron un excelente servicio y manejaron todas mis necesidades y solicitudes con prontitud. Las instalaciones de la habitación eran muy lujosas y la cama era muy cómoda. Pasé una gran noche aquí. Los muebles y la decoración de la habitación son de muy alta gama, lo que añade una sensación de lujo a mi estancia. Los accesorios del baño también son excelentes y ofrecen artículos de tocador de alta calidad y una cómoda experiencia de ducha. Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, incluyendo un gimnasio y una piscina cubierta. Tuve una mañana estupenda en el gimnasio, estaba bien equipado y limpio. La piscina cubierta también era genial, me lo pasé muy bien relajándome allí. Las opciones gastronómicas del hotel son variadas y deliciosas. El desayuno ofrece una gran variedad de opciones, ya sean chinas u occidentales, para satisfacer a los huéspedes con diferentes gustos. Mientras cenaba en el restaurante, probé una exquisita comida local, que fue impresionante. Por último, me gustaría felicitar al personal del hotel. Siempre están sonriendo, siendo serviciales y muy receptivos a las necesidades de sus huéspedes. Ya sea en la recepción o en el servicio de limpieza, hacen un excelente trabajo. En general, este hotel de 4 estrellas proporcionó una estancia agradable y confortable. Desde el excelente servicio hasta las lujosas instalaciones, quedé encantado con todo aquí. Si tengo la oportunidad de quedarme nuevamente elegiré este hotel sin dudarlo.
