The open plan living/dining area has a corner lounge with chaise, large flat screen TV. DVD (with a choice of videos) and Wifi. The kitchen comes equipped with complete cooking appliances, full size fridge / freezer and plenty of bench space including a breakfast bar and stools. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom is ideal for the kids with two bunks. There is a renovated bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, vanity, glass shower and toilet. Other features include two car spaces under the Shoal Court Building and a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the shared laundry, there is also an outdoor clothes lines at the rear of the building. SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets, and no party policy in place.
