This hotel really impressed me with its facilities. It offers a public bathroom, coin laundry, and even provides free breakfast and dinner, which is a huge plus. The building and amenities are very new, giving everything a fresh and modern feel. Parking is also free and conveniently available, making it easy for those traveling by car. With all these thoughtful touches, I definitely plan to come back again.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Shizuoka, donde se encuentran las habitaciones de la ciudad. El personal es agradable y útil, incluso podía comprobar en 15 en lugar de 16, lo que fue agradable. I had a very pleasant stay at Garden Hotel Shizuoka. The location is excellent, with easy access to Shizuoka Station, shopping areas, and plenty of nearby restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space after a day of sightseeing. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to rest. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth but one thing that surprised and slightly confused me at first was that the front desk is located on the highest floor rather than the main floor, which is quite uncommon, but it was easy to find once I realized

We stayed in Koko for 14 nights and enjoyed amenities bar (the best), welcome drinks (wide range), supper (unexpected) and hot bath. Front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff are friendly and kind. They allow early check-in at 2.30pm and kept my friend's luggage for a few hours after check-out. I had a serious fall at Mochimune seaside park on the 25th very early in the morning and surfers helped me to call for an ambulance. Thanks to their kindness I received medical help in time at Shizuoka hospital. I've transited to Tokyo by shinkansen today for aftercare before flying home to Singapore on the 30th. Thank you Mochimune people, ambulance staff, Shizuoka hospital ER staff, Koko hotel front desk, and Matsukiyo staff for their kindness. Please enjoy the many photos of Shizuoka-shi I've taken. Service was excellent, there was a front desk lady who could speak English and explained to me everything very well. only instance where Japanese is needed for communication is communicating with the carpark attendant if you are parking in the hotel. But overall I would say I felt well looked after during my stay in this hotel

La ubicación es excelente, justo enfrente de la estación Shizuoka JR, a 5 minutos a pie. Hay un autobús desde la estación de Shizuoka directamente al aeropuerto, lo cual es muy conveniente. Alta relación coste-rendimiento, con muchos viajeros de negocios locales.

Parecía el día de una exhibición de fuegos artificiales y fue muy popular ese día. La entrada se realizó en una parte de la tienda de café. Lo siento cuando está lleno, porque el público general también se aprecia el té. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, pero las camas no, por lo que se siente muy caliente y difícil de quedarse allí. No hay toallas ni toallas. Tienes que traerte tu propio. Las auriculares estaban disponibles en la lavandería. Hay sólo un ducha y un baño, por lo que tienes que ser paciente cuando otros los utilizan. Me desperté a media noche cuando alguien volvió a casa y tomó una ducha por el ruido. Tienes que cruzar una gran carretera desde la estación, por lo que es mejor salir con mucho tiempo para ahorrar.
