We booked 2 rooms . Check in. Super smooth MR. Nilesh. And. Mr. Pravin did excellent work . ROOMS. SPACIOUS, hot water. 24/7 Bathrooms over size. A. C perfect . Cleanliness very good . Breakfast Very good selection. All vegetarian. Food . Mr. Vinod, Ms Dipali, mr Mangesh took excellent care of us . . Mr. Vinod went over and beyond to make our breakfast experience a memorable one. He brought fresh POORIS during breakfast . Fresh fruits were also served. Like. Papaya, water melon, banana, oranges The best part was they gave us 2 big bottles of water while departing for on ward journey.. We had great experience staying here and as and when I come back I will stay here only .

It was one of the most pathetic experience we had in our life. Visiting a pilgrimage place and then fighting and quarrelling will spoil your purpose. We have booked 2 AC room which they claimed is the best suite they have . There were lot of unpleasant encounters we had in the best room offered by the hotel. 1. In all the bad experience worst one was that ”You can be thrown out at anytime even if its mid night”. I have booked AC room where AC was not working. When asked, staff was also not able to start it at all. They were trying to fix it till 11 45 pm - 12 am in the morning. Manager in the evening has lot of attitude and no talent to handle guests. Later, we contacted owner for the same issue. He said to his staff that ask them to check-out if they have so much problem. Then manager was asking for the same. ”Either you checkout right now or you make payment for whole stay right now at midnight”. I was with my parents and they were expecting us to check out at mid night. Manager was constantly asking me to leave the room. We were about to call the police and this is when they relaxed a bit. 2. Bad water facility. We asked for hot water by 8 30 pm and we have recieved it at 10 pm after numerous calls and that too with lot of attitude shown by evening's manager. As per them lukewarm water is good enough in cold weather. They have sonar geyser facility which they claim to give 24 hrs but it will be not used until you force them to start. 3. In case in evening after darshan you are at hotel and want to watch some show. Sorry ! You can use only free channels and can't use any other basic channels. If you will insist for that you might get 2 channels of your own. Owner is very disrespectful and so 4. Lack of cleanliness and bad bathroom hygiene. Hence a BIG NO for this hotel.

It is a nice hotel in the town of Shirdi, which is considered to be the place where Satya Sai died and cremated. Even though considering international and national standards it is far below its star rating i.e. 5 star, so far this is the best hotel in this tiny town. Mostly those who consider Satya Sai as their God, come here in his devotion. The hotel is spacious but house keeping needs more attention. If you are looking for your shoe shining, it is hidden in the male bathroom. The hotel doesn’t have egg or non-veg items on its menu as it is pure vegetarian hotel.

The location is pretty much near to the temple which is walkable. Stay was decent with all the facilities and the food there was quite good. Ps - as we were running late in the evening to catch the bus and it's raining, we have requested them for help and they called an auto for us which we felt very nice.
