It was one of the most pathetic experience we had in our life. Visiting a pilgrimage place and then fighting and quarrelling will spoil your purpose. We have booked 2 AC room which they claimed is the best suite they have . There were lot of unpleasant encounters we had in the best room offered by the hotel. 1. In all the bad experience worst one was that ”You can be thrown out at anytime even if its mid night”. I have booked AC room where AC was not working. When asked, staff was also not able to start it at all. They were trying to fix it till 11 45 pm - 12 am in the morning. Manager in the evening has lot of attitude and no talent to handle guests. Later, we contacted owner for the same issue. He said to his staff that ask them to check-out if they have so much problem. Then manager was asking for the same. ”Either you checkout right now or you make payment for whole stay right now at midnight”. I was with my parents and they were expecting us to check out at mid night. Manager was constantly asking me to leave the room. We were about to call the police and this is when they relaxed a bit. 2. Bad water facility. We asked for hot water by 8 30 pm and we have recieved it at 10 pm after numerous calls and that too with lot of attitude shown by evening's manager. As per them lukewarm water is good enough in cold weather. They have sonar geyser facility which they claim to give 24 hrs but it will be not used until you force them to start. 3. In case in evening after darshan you are at hotel and want to watch some show. Sorry ! You can use only free channels and can't use any other basic channels. If you will insist for that you might get 2 channels of your own. Owner is very disrespectful and so 4. Lack of cleanliness and bad bathroom hygiene. Hence a BIG NO for this hotel.

En el hotel, el personal dijo que no sería necesario que fueras a casa y que no te dejara ir a casa. Una vez llegados aquí, ellos negaron totalmente que no podían ayudar, pero aún entendíamos sus cosas que les dijimos que al menos les proporcionamos un lugar para mantener nuestra promesa a la que nos han ofrecido. Una vez volvimos al hotel y le preguntó al tipo de recepción que si él nos puede ofrecer una habitación por 1 hora como queríamos descansar y estabamos listos para pagar por lo mismo a lo que él negó totalmente que no tenemos una habitación cuando todo el hotel tiene así ***y habitaciones vacantes . El hotel ***agement debe tener la decencia básica de hu*** para dar a sus huéspedes la estancia más memorable en lugar de arruinar el viaje. La experiencia patética, no tienen una eminidad básica de polvo en las habitaciones, su fachada de salud se ha roto, ni siquiera ofrecen toallas básicas. Después de unos minutos volvimos a verle y le preguntábamos cuáles serán las tarifas por 1 hora y él preguntó por Rs.600 y reservamos este hotel por un día en 850! No lo recomendaré, porque el tipo de recepción no es de ninguna utilidad.

This hotel is nearly 3kms from Sainagar Shirdi Railway station, 500 meters from Shirdi Bus Depot and 15 kms from Shirdi airport. In each room there is a desk and a sofa besides a double bed. The white thermal screening provided by the hotel to shield from bright sunlight though useful obstructs the front view from the room. At night the bright light from street lights is reflected through this screen and one cannot sleep in bright light. So the ambiance of dark night is not seen. So better provide curtains so that the front view is not obstructed and one can sleep without glare of bright light. In the toilet liquid soap is kept in containers. It would be better to supply solid soap. Though kettle, tea and milk powder are kept, some may prefer to drink coffee. So, it would be better to supply a few coffee sachets also. As many pilgrims get up early to go to the temple, coffee and tea should be supplied by 6.00 a.m. to avoid delay in visiting the temples. Room service should be prompt. There is more scope to improve the cleanliness of rooms and supply of fresh, clean bed sheets and towels. Just near it, there is Sai Nisarg restaurant which provides South Indian, North Indian and Chinese cuisine. The nearby hotels are: Hotel Sai Amruth, Hotel City Point, Haldi Ram Hotel and Sai Naivedyam. Besides these, there are many eateries providing varieties of food. The check-in and check-out timings are: 11.00 a.m to 1.30 p.m. and from 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. respectively.
