We booked through *********** and made part payment as requested. When we arrived the owner of the hotel said he will not give us our room and he has nothing to do with ***********. He has disputes with OYO so he decided to decline our confirmed booking. No prior information was provided to us. The hotel is franchised by OYO and due to their personal disputes we have suffered. The hotel owner had refused to accommodate us, we were travelling with a toddler and late at night we have to go door to door to look for alternative accommodation as everywhere it was fully booked and we ended up paying twice the original rate for an alternative accommodation. When we asked to refund, he again refused and provided us with OYO number. If he has nothing to do with OYO then he shouldn’t use OYO as a hotel name and can run his business individually. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT HOTEL!!!!
