I recently had a fantastic stay at Niyayesh Hotel with a group of friends. The hotel provided a wonderful escape from the scorching summer heat. The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, even during the hottest parts of the day. A particular highlight was discovering the Sootehdelan coffee shop. It's a charming spot to enjoy traditional Iranian beverages I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay in Shiraz-Niyayesh hotel .

This was the most beautiful traditional hotel that I have seen. The scenes, traditional houses and calm situation with polite staff are some benefits of this hotel. Also it located in the center of city ;Every passenger can access public transportation and historical places easily. Enjoy seeing Iran,Shiraz "Niayesh Boutique Hotel"

Poor service. Night shift guy was rude and argumentative. Avoid this hotel. I had to stop myself from beating him. Don’t know where they find them from. It caste a shadow over a trip I had planned for months. Anyone who stays there after this review only have themselves to blame.

A fabulous accommodation in the heart of Shiraz offering high-quality service and safe parking for motorbikes. The attention from the staff was good. My room was nice though there were too many stairs to reach, especially with my luggage. I loved the gardens. Chinese food was way too expensive.

I highly recommended this hotel. I stayed in Niyaesh hotel for 2 nights and it was wonderful. the room was clean and cozy, the staffs are really polit and helpful. The breakfast was various and delicious. The price is so reasonable and it is located near to all historical sites and we can visit so many attractions just by walk.

I stayed at Niyayesh hotel in may 2024, we really enjoyed our accommodation because of polite staff that they offered services perfectly to us. In addition this hotel has fresh atmosphere, if you want feel fresh I suggest staying at Niyayesh hotel.

Staying at the Niayesh Boutique Hotel was an incredible and unique experience. The traditional and cozy atmosphere of the hotel creates a distinctive vibe that is hard to find elsewhere. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff were extremely kind and professional, always ready to assist and guide us. The traditional and diverse breakfast was one of the highlights and is definitely worth experiencing. If you're looking for a peaceful stay in a charming traditional setting, Niayesh Hotel is the perfect choice.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights in July 2024. It felt like I had stepped into another world, far away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. It was an amazing experience. You should definitely try it. I really love this place and around it.

I stayed in this beautiful hotel with my husband for 3 days. The access of the hotel to all touristic places was excellent. The cleanliness of the environment and the room was very good. The breakfast was complete and varied. If I travel to Iran again, I will definitely choose this hotel again
