Very nice and clean stay, dinner (lamb steak) delicious, we could also free to get berries from farm, this was the second time I visited this place

Our family has been visiting Yorkshire Farm every time we travel to Hokkaido, and it has become a cherished tradition since our children were two years old. This farm stay is an absolute gem, offering a tranquil and peaceful retreat that guarantees excellent rest and rejuvenation. The serene ambiance of the farm is simply unparalleled. The rolling fields, gentle sounds of nature, and the rustic charm of the farm create an idyllic setting that feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Every visit is a breath of fresh air, literally and metaphorically, as we unwind and reconnect with nature. One of the highlights of our stay is the delightful sheep-feeding experience. Watching the sheep herding by the skillful sheepdog is a mesmerizing sight, and feeding the sheep has become a favorite family activity. Our kids, now older, still look forward to this experience with the same excitement as they did years ago. It’s both educational and entertaining, providing a wonderful opportunity to engage with farm life. The lady boss of Yorkshire Farm is the epitome of hospitality. Her warm and accommodating nature makes each stay even more enjoyable. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests feel welcome and comfortable, adding a personal touch that makes us feel like part of the farm's extended family. 羊牧場と宿が一緒になっており、ホテルと言うより牧場に泊まるイメージです。 牧草と林の緑、羊の白のコントラストの景色が素晴らしく、静かで時間がゆっくり流れています。 ホテルは石造りのイメージで質素な作りで、おしゃれなインテリアが品の良さを感じさせます。 食事は子羊のステーキがメインで肉も柔らかで美味しかった。ワインや食堂に流れるBGMでまるでイギリスに居る気分です。 宿泊限定オプションの羊餌やり体験も素晴らしく、放牧地に入って子羊にミルクをあげ、親羊には野菜をあげました。目の前を牧羊犬が羊を追う姿も見せてくれて家族も大喜びでした。 ショーとしてではなく、何時も羊の世話に参加する、と言うコンセプトがまた良い。 最後はスタッフに案内されて牧場周りの沢を散策。かわいい牧羊犬に先導されてだいぶリラックスできました。 羊を見ながら羊を食べるのがシュールだか、命をありがたくいただく事の感謝を子供に教えられる。 スタッフさんがコロナになり、忙しいながらも手の込んだサービスをしてくれて感謝しかありません。 とにかく最高の癒しになりました。 もっと有名になっても良いと思うが、穴場として秘密にしておきたい、そんな場所です。

羊のファームにINNする、ファームインのスタイル 食事やカフェでも使用できますが、宿泊者限定「羊飼い体験」がとくにオススメ！ 以下、12月に宿泊した際の一例になります～ チェックインして、羊小屋で羊と初対面 夕食は暖炉の火とともに「ホゲット」という12～24ヶ月の羊肉をいただきました！ トリプルルームの室内には、床暖＋ヒーターで静かな夜を満喫。 朝食はまるでヨークシャー地方のB＆Bにいるかのような雰囲気の中で♪ そして「羊飼い体験」羊を知り、羊と戯れる至福の時 今回のメニューは、牧羊犬のノッティーによる羊追い＆餌やり体験！ 3歳児は、羊に追いかけながら、追いかけ返していましたw 季節が違えば、羊飼いの仕事の内容が変わるのでまた行かなきゃ～ 幼児連れはもちろん動物好きな方に、とくにオススメしたいです。 また羊飼いになりたい方は、ヘルパーとしても良き地だと思います！
