Very nice hotel, friendly staff, room was beautiful. We had an early train the next day, had to check out at 4am, so we asked of we could have a little packed breakfast for the train (or we would have gone to buy something). They confirmed it would be ready for us in the morning. We ordered some food at night, we ordered 2 lemon chickens, and were delivered 3, we did not say anything, it was delicious and we ate the 3. In the morning we checked out, requested for the packed breakfast, the receptionnist was not even aware of our request and obviously nothing was ready. He asked the kitchen staff to throw something in a bag for us, it took ages, we were starting to panic that we would miss our train... in the end when I went into the kitchen saying we were leaving, they provided 2 bags with muffins, eggs and salad fruits which was nice. Then I asked if everything was OK for the checkout (I was half asleep), they confirmed that yes, all was good. Once on the train I realized we had not paid for the order for dinner (1209 Rupees) which they have asked our travel agency to pay on our behalf. Not happy at all with this. I made me feel like we tried to run away without paying when it is not like that at all. I think some organization skills training needs to be provided to your staff so things go smoothier with your guests.
