It’s one of Best Properties in The Group Entire Staff is well experienced-Trained and devoted to customer satisfaction The team work is always there Once upon Time I was worried how can my Circle membership Balance days can get Since the person who booked my membership wasn’t available - responding to help But The Manager Mr Devender took the issue on Top priority and solve the problem to use my balance holiday …God Blessed entire Team-Regards 🙏👍 The food and entire staff is Excellent having Good Testy preparation depression specially thanks to Deepshikha,bachuliang and Rohit chef and Mr Rajeev excellent service and taking care of senior citizensi during stay for 4 days god bless to all team member Manager

I have stayed in this property with my family from 13 to 15 November in Executive Room. The location is extraordinary with beautiful view of mountain. The room is spacious having all' the morden aminities. The restaurant was at the forth floor. The breakfast and dinner was of top quality. There are plenty of varieties to choose from, the taste was delicious. The service of all the staff members were very quick even at 12 o clock at midnight and they are very cooperative. Highly recommended property to stay in Simla. Cheers

Our stay at the Radisson was fantastic, the rooms are clean, the location of the hotel is good (with a free shuttle to the town), the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. We would like to mention two members of staff in particular, Vikrant and Abishek were especially attentive and professional we would like to thank them for their hard work. We would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel!

It was our first time with Snow valley resorts Shimla I had an amazing experience. Their Customer service and hospitality is top notch 👍 Staff is very professional and helpful . The rooms are clean all the amenities are provided. Hygiene is maintained properly. View is also good from room. Food quality should be improved more. Special thanks to front office team Ms.Sweta 👍😊 Prices are also affordable. Must recommend resort .

Its awesome experience we had. The hospitality, the food, the service simply says like being maharaja style. Everything on time or before time. Staff is well mannered, well dress. Special attention for kids, whether for room service for any request to boiled milk, water etc. Food quality & taste boon appetite. Delicious & hygienic serving hot till closing. Seamless experience from my past journey on other destination. Big thanks to rock castle & d ls hotel for making my holidays memorable. Truly recommendable. Stay was fabulous i will come back again, and i suggest all to at least come once and enjoy the stay in shimla rock castle

Have been here for a day now. Have advance paid for 3 nights. Hotel is on main road which has high traffic. Parking space for own vehicle is available but is small. Rooms are good and clean. Valley view from room is good. Amenities in room miss napkins in bathroom and moisturizer. May be you need to ask for them. Gym is for name sake and has a single piece of three to four equipments including treadmill. There's a very small kids area which can hardly accomodate two kids at one time. Restaurant is in 5th floor. As only one lift for guests, have to wait for the lift. Food is good and tasty. We had opted for breakfast and dinner inclusive package. They have a fixed menu for dinner and you may choose for the same. The service is slow but food is tasty. Were not Happy with in room service and attitude at front desk. The TV did not play and when asked for the same, were denied immediate service. The person turned up attend only after the exciting ipl match was over. The location is good and near to MALL ROAD. On foot (though steep) you can reach Mall road in 15 mins. Overall, politeness and service may help hotel improve my rating.
