Had an amazing stay at Hotel Windsor, Shimla! The location is spot on, very near to the Mall Road. Rooms were super comfortable, food was fantastic, and the vibe of the place is just perfect. Big thanks to the staff and owner Prabjyot ji for making it so special. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Windsor, The Mall, Shimla – 5 stars all the way!
The location is unbeatable, some stairs from the Mall Road with very quiet surroundings. The rooms were super clean, cozy, and beautifully done, giving perfect modern vibes. The food was delicious, with a great variety at such amazing prices! What really stood out was the ambience – peaceful, classy, and charming. And hats off to the staff – so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shimla. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for two days. The location is very near to mall road. Only thing is you need to climb stairs a little (which to be frank is the case with most hotels in shimla). Price is reasonable and food is fine too.

Poor management n service..... didn't provided any kattle n heating system... overpriced according to room n requirement..it was way down from the main road; had to go down through a lott of stairs..no parking available..they lied about everything 😭😭
