Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla

We stayed at WelcomHotels Mashobra. The hotel is beautifully located in the forest area with beautiful scenary and views. The hotel staff was very cordial and friendly. We had opted for superior room which was very well kept with all facilities and amazing balcony with mountain views. In all, it was one the best experiences.

Excellent hospitality. Had a health issue but the staff was super cooperative. Special thanks to the entire staff . The service is impeccable. It was an amazing experience. The snowfall added a magical touch to this overall wonderful experience.

Very warm hospitality. Good food and relaxing time. Atul and his team served us in the restaurant. Their attention to details was amazing. We had a great time. Good views from the rooms. Clean and spacious rooms with a lot of light. Both mornings and evenings were wonderful ***** the balcony. Highly recommend staying here. It is at least an hour away from the main hustle of Shimla. Not much to do here but relax.

Absolutely amazing—soft, warm, and just the right amount of sweetness. Dining here made my visit feel complete, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting a true taste of Himachal.

Superlative experience tasty food n great ambience !!!! Atul & Ankit took good care of us. We have received excellent traditional arrival experience ,restaurant ambience was superb and rooms were excellent top notch .kudos keep up the good work.
