Property was near mall road, hence transportation or cab drops you at a lower place from which coolie is to be taken to reach hotel. Food was Ok. Amenities are not available and services of receptionist is terrible. Super deluxe rooms dont look even deluxe.

Room are good i choose super delux room. Hotel location is also amazing. Just the hotel service is too slow i have to call several time for just toilet paper

rooms are small , and all needy things on call like welcome drink and in rooms toilet paper and no luggage carry person from hotel when check in and check out . specially breakfast is included only sandwich , omelate and aloo puri . poor breakfast 😞. no image. we went for holiday.. how can i click of poor management

It was a 5 day pleasant, comfortable and cosy stay at the hotel, the receptionist, staffs were helpful, kind and well mannered. location - i read it is at the start of Mall Road which is incorrect. Mall Road starts after 150 steep walk from this hotel. The steep walk is curved too so not suitable for old people and people with hraet=lung issues. My room was full of mosquito and there was no repellent. Towel and dental kits were missing and had to he asked for. Too pricey fie what UT offers, may be being close to Mall Road. Front desk looks rigid and not ready to listen. Otherwise neat and clean hotel.

service is good from staff, but hotel room is not good, no power backup, door lock issues, room heater was not working, no view from room only wall.. room no 401, door issues, power issues and room no 403 door issues, no power backup, room heater was not working, given us room heater fan
