Location is best,Some rooms are very nice,Food is good.Check in is convenient,Internal decoration and ambience is fine.Again I would say location is best and a budget family hotel,Need some corrections in their services.My stay was comfortable.

This is the first time in Marriott,we had a great time we spend alot of time with our family we really appreciate about the service and staff were very nice and friendly and food also was very tasty and awesome we really love to come back soon thank to miss holyland for helping us❤️💯

The stay at hotel gateway was really good and i loved the stay. Hotel is in the heart of police bazar, shillong and very easy to locate.

First there was not tv channels available, even i asked for the recharge they told it will be done shortly after an hour follow up they said directly this will not possible today. Second thing is brekfast is cheap grade and not provided in restaurant it is given in the room only puri sabji.
