Zostel Shillong

It was really great place and nice staffs! 👍 I will comeback again And nice balcony at night

Stay was fine. Staff was cooperative too. Hygiene was fine too. But there is a chance to improve their common area, there were less games and tt table ball was broken. Otherwise overall was a good place to stay

The food was good and the staff were very polite. The rooms are very beautiful and have large spaces

It was ok as the floor of the room was completely moist. There were mini croackroaches in the room. Only one fan which was not suitable for 2 people

Zostel is one of the best places to stay in shillong. We booked the large room of 5 beds. Room was well decorated, very spacious and the food was extremely delicious.

It is very nice, great experience can interact with so many places from everywhere. The common room is the best part. Sanjeevan, the best and most helpful host, i have met.

I really like the behavior of staff santosh the property manager and community manager is well behavior person with nice skill and knowledge of the hospitality industry how to interact with guest and experience was pretty good and i wish that i can meet the property manager and community manger of shillong sanjeevani rana thanks & regards

I mistakenly booked female dorm instead of male one’s, through make my trip app while on property. The host told they don't have option of cancellation and so i called customer care of make my trip, neither of them could not cancel it. I understand it was my mistake, but still i reached out to both parties concerned within few minutes of booking of zostel dorm. I feel that's 900rs wasted and make my trip couldn't even compensate me with other room anywhere.

I stayed in this zostel for a week. my stay was very comfortable and fun. This place is safe for solo travelers. Santosh bhaiya is very helpful. He helped in arranging all my traveling plans. Sanjeevani (manager) is a very friendly and interactive person. She organized various games daily in the evening where I met various people and had fun playing games,talking, partying. Cafe's receptionist bhaiya was also interactive and made dinning happy and comfy. Overall this place is fun. Highly recommended for solo travelers and for work from home travelers.
