«之前在網上有住過秋果酒店，打車過去，退房以後，我打算去附近的商場，途中，我看到了美居酒店，一下子就被那個彷徨大氣的門面吸引了，並暗暗發誓，以後一定要來住一次，如今，我也是如願了。
美居的衞生很好，房間很乾凈 環境位於中山東路，出行交通還是很方便的。
這裏的服務也很，前台熱情友善，這都不算什麼，更讓我驚喜的是，這裏連保潔也很有禮貌，説起話來温文爾雅。
這裏設施十分現代化。這個酒店具有特色的事情是，不需要插門卡取電。這個就區別於大部分酒店了。
智能馬桶用起來依舊是那麼爽！
還有一件事，我這個人退房的時候有點墨跡，曾經我因為超時嚴重，被強加一個小時的房費（捂臉）——那家酒店已經被我拉入了黑名單，天山北大街那個麗楓酒店，我住過石家莊二十幾家酒店，這種情況也是第一次發生，超了二十分鐘給我自動加時。（友友們記得避雷那一家，你們可以在那家酒店評論區看到我的評價）
在這家酒店，我退時又超了（捂臉）……不過酒店也是很好的沒有收我加時費。
奧對了，美居酒店的沐浴露洗髮水護髮素潤膚露，都是清一色的有一種奇怪的清香，另一家美居酒店也是這個味道。我願稱之為法式薰衣草香。（這裡是有潤膚露的哦）
美居這個系列的酒店，還有一大特色，就是店裡的瓶裝水了，拿在手裡都特別有排麪那一種。我目前衹住過兩家美居，但每一家都有保險櫃和小冰箱，很nice的了。

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación era muy agradable. La habitación era muy limpia y todos los que estaban en el hotel eran muy amables. La cama era mucho más cómoda que en muchos hoteles chinos que he estado en. Aquí hay un buffet de desayuno que se llena en el tiempo de funcionamiento, por lo que no se deja con crema si no llegas inmediatamente.
El hotel no está muy cerca de las atracciones, pero está a pocos pasos de una estación de metro, por lo que es muy fácil hacer cosas como ir al museo provincial. El hotel está muy bien situado, muy cerca de la intersección, y me gusta el restaurante Happy Lamb, que se encuentra muy cerca de la intersección, a la oeste del hotel.
Si mejore algo, haría una señal más clara explicando cómo llegar al lobby. (Es en el quinto piso del edificio.) No se explicó claramente en chino o inglés, así que tanto una pareja local y yo estaba preocupado que habíamos ido a la dirección equivocada.
No se hablaba inglés cuando fui ahí, y las mujeres en la oficina me dijeron que yo era el primer cliente extranjero que tenían en tres años. Sólo tenga en cuenta si usted es extranjero puede que necesite aprender algunas frases simples en chino para comunicarse con ellos o tener un programa de traducción que pueda utilizar.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

La habitación es limpia y cómoda, con instalaciones completas. La cama es extremadamente cómoda y hace que la gente se sienta relajada. Un agradecimiento especial para Zheng Suyan del departamento de limpieza. Ella fue muy atenta y nos brindó mucha ayuda. Su actitud amigable nos hizo sentir como en casa. AAmerican lodging AdjusterService, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China.
If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed .
By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

NNicDEn general, un hotel muy bueno y nos encantaba nuestra habitación y la piscina (las habitaciones y duchas cambian impresionantes!) pero hubo algunas cuestiones. La habitación estaba muy cerca de la habitación, y la temperatura del agua fluctuó mucho. El desayuno era muy desagradable; la habitación congelada de manera que muchas personas tuvieron que llevar sus abrigos al desayuno y mucho de la comida estaba fría incluso en 7.30am. Sólo en el corner acogedor fueron las sillas delante de la ventana, si querías pantalones que deberías pagar por ella extra 20¥😂we estaban principalmente fuera por lo que por una vez de estadía soportable pero no puedo recomendar tal vez sólo por precio asequible y excelente ubicación ... oh Sí, la cama era demasiado corta y nuestros pies se quedaron fuera 😆
