My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of relaxation wash over me. The ambiance of the hotel is both luxurious and inviting, making it the perfect getaway. The staff truly elevated our stay to another level. Each interaction I had with the team was met with warmth and professionalism. A special shoutout to Betty, Peter, and Cecilia, who went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. They were always available to assist with any request, making me feel right at home. Their genuine care and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. It was also my husband’s birthday and they made it very special by sending cake to our room. The services provided at the JW Marriott are top-notch. The rooms are beautifully appointed, providing a serene environment to unwind after a day of exploring the city. This was my first time staying at the JW Marriott, but it certainly won’t be my last. I am already looking forward to my next visit! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. I would rate it a solid 1M/10! Thank you, JW Marriott Shenzhen, for an unforgettable experience!

My stay at the JW Marriot Baoan Hotel was magical from the moment we arrived for our one-night by the Front Desk Grace Peng who greeted and welcomed us with warm smile which make the check in process pleasant. The Room was very clean and was exactly what was shown in the websites. The hotel is located next to a mall where there are a lot of restaurants and entertainments for family. The Executive lounge is Awesome. They have very nice selection of food and drinks. The Executive lounge staff Leah, Lynee and Talita were very attentive to our needs and provided an excellent service. I would like to thank JW Marriot Baoan Hotel and their staff Grace Peng, Leah, Lynee and Talita for an exceptional service that made us feel right at home.
