Overall, the hotel is a suitable accommodation choice for both business and leisure travelers. However, why do you ask for my phone number upon check-in? When there's actually a need for delivery, this number doesn't work. You even accessed my privacy and retrieved a number I didn't provide. Your explanation is that it's the system's fault, but I've stayed at too many of your hotels in different locations recently, so that excuse doesn't cut it. It's too fake, and I won't accept it.
