Clean, spacious and full amenities such as washer and dryer, kitchen utensils and etc.
Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
Drawback is the bathroom does not have any shelf to put your soaps, so you have to leave it on the floor while showering.

The hotel is relatively new, all the furniture was lavish, and the room controls were modern and high tech.
Service was amazing, staff was super helpful and patient. The location is perfect for those that want to be slightly secluded from the busiest core area of Sea World, but it's not far at all - just one crossing takes you to the main mall and another few minutes' walk takes you the main open area where there's tons of food and coffee shops.
Just a brilliant experience living there. Would love to return next time.

Great service and great location. Very friendly and attentive staff too. The only downside is that there is on-going renovation / construction nearby which can be a bit noisy
