It is located in the core area of Shenzhen North Railway Station and Yicheng Center Business District in Longhua District, Shenzhen. The location and transportation are excellent and convenient. It is 10 minutes' drive to Shenzhen North Railway Station high-speed railway station, 5 minutes' drive to Yicheng Shopping Mall, Shenzhen Metro Line 5 Meijie Station, and 20 minutes' drive to various attractions and ports in the city, such as Happy Valley, World View, Futian Port, and Shenzhen Bay Port.
The hotel will undergo a comprehensive renovation in mid-2023. The facilities are complete, modern, and have 226 different types of rooms, including 90 double rooms, which can meet the needs of various large-scale training, conferences, and team receptions. This was my first time staying in a Vienna hotel and honestly, I wasn't very impressed.
I checked in late at night after a several delayed trains and despite being offered a free upgrade through the trip.com app, hotel staff still insisted I pay the difference between the two rooms. I ended up refusing the upgrade, and stayed in a bizarre room with no windows - very dark and disorientating at times, but at least it was quiet.
Overall, the room was a good size and fairly clean and the amenities were good, if outdated. The location was close enough to Shenzhen North and downtown Longhua that a taxi is fast and relatively inexpensive.

首先位置方便還可以，就是相對有時喜歡靜的時候太熱鬧。衞生情況：1、大門正對的外面那個樓梯通往馬路的那個非常臟，可能不是很多客人會從那裡路過所以不在意是吧！但是那是酒店的門面，做為管理人員應該重視那個區域。2、房間內衞生把控不嚴格，不意間移開沙發一次性拖鞋在沙發底下，還有煙頭其它污物見如圖。這麼好的公司居然管理把控這樣子。讓人寒心！

前台小妹很細緻，累的滿頭是汗的服務員阿姨中午過來詢問也是很讓人敬佩了，很酒店離北站很近，周邊宵夜的店鋪很多，酒店內部衞生環境都挺不錯，同天有朋友住在哈工大店就有講説他那邊老破太多

酒店地理位置很不錯，離高鐵站不遠，樓下有很多餐飲店。剛到第一天，門口帥哥熱情的幫忙安排好車位，特別表揚一下前台的美女，（因為是一大早到的酒店），幫忙調了（升級）房間入住。房間也是乾淨整潔，熱水很充足，洗澡舒服，有機器人幫送物品。入住當晚洗衣服，一位下了班的工作人員，在一洗衣房旁邊也介紹了酒店的先進洗衣機，並多拿了10個衣架，很感謝！推薦入住。

一直就是維也納的會員，維也納國際酒店，品牌的保證。大堂一如既往豪華氣派，前台接待熱情周到，特別給升級套房，房間寬敞明亮舒適，床品舒服，維也納的床墊也是一如既往的舒服，睡覺踏實解乏。早餐種類豐富，中西都有很豐盛。推薦入住

周圍配套很方便，有吃的有商店，樓下的衢州鴨頭很不錯，好吃愛吃。酒店房間中規中矩，就是廁所裏的設施略為有些老舊，浴室門關不上，花灑也有點不太好用了。酒店很貼心還給準備了充電線，送了一份水果，早餐嘛跟平時住的維也納也差不多，店裡服務態度還是不錯的。住時有看到周邊有地鐵在建了，可能建成之後人流量會更多吧。希望酒店生意興隆。

維也納的房間還是一如既往地乾淨、整潔、舒適，這次出差定的是高級雙床，商務風格凸顯，簡約的房間佈局，慵懶的灰色沙發，潔凈的地板，温暖的被子，還有酒店服務人員熱情周到的服務，每次都會體會到賓至如歸的感覺。周邊餐廳很多，還有各種特色小吃，夜宵應有盡有，肚兒吃到撐，打車也很方便，所以説出行還是首選維也納😊
