This hotel is the Vienna International Hotel, a mid-to-high-end brand under the Jinjiang Hotel Group. It is located in the core area of Shenzhen North Railway Station and Yicheng Center Business District in Longhua District, Shenzhen. The location and transportation are excellent and convenient. This was my first time staying in a Vienna hotel and honestly, I wasn't very impressed.
I checked in late at night after a several delayed trains and despite being offered a free upgrade through the trip.com app, hotel staff still insisted I pay the difference between the two rooms. I ended up refusing the upgrade, and stayed in a bizarre room with no windows - very dark and disorientating at times, but at least it was quiet.
Overall, the room was a good size and fairly clean and the amenities were good, if outdated. The location was close enough to Shenzhen North and downtown Longhua that a taxi is fast and relatively inexpensive.

維也納的房間還是一如既往地乾淨、整潔、舒適，這次出差定的是高級雙床，商務風格凸顯，簡約的房間佈局，慵懶的灰色沙發，潔凈的地板，温暖的被子，還有酒店服務人員熱情周到的服務，每次都會體會到賓至如歸的感覺。周邊餐廳很多，還有各種特色小吃，夜宵應有盡有，肚兒吃到撐，打車也很方便，所以説出行還是首選維也納😊

酒店位置距離北站較近，商務出行方便。酒店房型齊全、寬敞明亮、布草乾淨、設施齊備！早餐豐盛，菜品可口！尤其是酒店的服務態度非常好，大堂前台羅經理非常熱情！入住體驗感很好。性價比很高！

維也納酒店地理優越，就在龍華最繁華的地段。到處都是美食。 晚上出來吃夜宵是特別方便。酒店服務也很好，辦理入住手續很快，也很有禮貌。房內都打掃得很乾凈。這是個物美價廉的好地方。

9點20分下去吃早餐 煮麪的地方已經沒有麪條和粉了，粥也都空了 包子類也沒剩幾個
因為前一天沒有豆花 問了服務 服務員説沒了就沒了
就去找了前台 説了這個問題 出去外面吃早飯
回來9點50又去看了一眼 有麪條了 但是唯有的青菜和金針菇 粉還是空的 小菜全空 粥類都是空的
客房送的牛奶是24年8月的臨期食品
