The place is rather run down and not well maintained. The cigarette smell is really strong and the apartment is dirty. The toilet is small and the bed is rather hard. If it's only for one night, it's fine, because the location is perfect to get to the train station.

The furniture is quite old, and the room is not clean enough. The reception and check-in procedures are also not clear. We have to call, then add WeChat to communicate and the lobby has no instruction and the building officer has no information on it too.

The location is super close to Sheungzhen North station, and almost connect with a shopping mall, very easy for shopping and eating.
The apartment is big enough, the maintenance and cleaning quality, I can only say so far so good if under this rate.

2. Sudden notice of stopping water supply from 22:00- 06:00 on May 18^19.
