This hotel offers an elegant and spotless environment, providing an exceptionally comfortable stay. Special thanks to the customer service representative Jossce for her warm and attentive hospitality—from check-in to check-out, we truly felt at home. The room is well-equipped with complete amenities, featuring clean and plush bedding, along with excellent soundproofing for a restful night's sleep. With its prime location, surrounded by diverse dining options and convenient transportation access, we will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip!

This hotel is recommended for its great value. The location is near to the One Avenue mall. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It offers breakfast buffets with a great variety of food in both Chinese and Western styles. The gym room has an excellent view of the city.

The room was tidy and clean with excellent facilities, and the service was outstanding. A day before check-in, Jossce from the Guest Services Department proactively called to inquire about my stay preferences and thoughtfully arranged a room upgrade and late checkout—very warm and attentive. The room also offered a great view. I was assigned an executive king room with a bathtub by the window, overlooking Shenzhen’s landmark building, the Ping An Finance Centre. The high ceilings added to the spacious feel of the room. Additionally, the hotel’s location is ideal, situated in the Futian CBD business district of Shenzhen, making it highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always been very satisfied. The room layout is comfortable, and the facilities are well-equipped. The hotel service is excellent, and Jossce, in particular, provided outstanding hospitality—she was warm, attentive, and proactively arranged a room upgrade and late check-out for me. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, showing great attention to detail. The overall stay was quite pleasant, with a few minor hiccups that were all resolved smoothly. The service was excellent—very responsive to requests. Ms. Jossce from the guest relations team even helped upgrade my room and provided complimentary breakfast.
Additionally, the hotel enjoys a prime location in the heart of Shenzhen's CBD, surrounded by bustling commercial areas. Many large shopping malls are within walking distance, and transportation is extremely convenient. Highly recommended!
