酒店入住的時候給我們安排了個最裡麪的房間，走進去要很遠。然後那個房間床對着廁所，廁所沒簾子，整個房間特別小還漫着股煙味。商家解釋説因為裝修怕吵到我們才安排最裡麪，但最裡麪就沒有好的房間了嗎。雖然最後給我們換房，要不是因為時間緊我們趕着出去才沒換房間
其次換的房間不乾淨也有煙味，廁所馬桶沖水會響十分鐘，隔音也特別差。房間天花板都有些爛了。空調還直直對着人吹，擋板都調不了。半夜關窗發現窗也是壞的。然後大早上九點多裝修就吵醒人了。就算是隔壁物業裝修，酒店就不可以為了客户協商一下嗎。我們本身出來玩就很累，想多休息一會，不是所有人都要早早起來的。
本身是因為連鎖酒店才相信然後選擇了這家酒店。退房的時候還一直要我們寫好評。我提出了不滿還叫我們不要寫差評。但我本身就是想安全離開之後才做下一步打算

The area is great, the staff are hospitable, and the room service staff show care in their work. The hotel and facilities are taken care of and clean. I feel comfortable here and I consider it a great spot.

Would have given full mark for the amenities available. Just short of a simple wardrobe. Understand the room was designed to maximize the space available.
Location is a bit far for seniors like me with the luggage. The nearest subway metro is Zhongsan Park station. Ease of travel to most of the tourist spot in the Nanshan district.
I want to record my appreciation for a young girl who manned the reception counter in the morning on 19th and 20th March 2925. She had been helpful to both me and my wife.
My suggestion is to have a simple wardrobe as shown below.

This hotel is very nice, and staffs are all friendly. The location is very good and it is easy to go everywhere. The room is clean and quiet. I will revisit the hotel when I travel to Shenzhen.

It took three tries to find a room that didn’t smell of tobacco. Once settled, the room, though small, was surprisingly clean given what we usually encounter in this price range. The staff were friendly, attentive, and tried their best to assist with any requests.
The room can feel tight, especially for week-long stays, making it less ideal for those needing more room to spread out.
The hotel itself is not well-maintained, with noticeable wear and tear throughout the property.
