Hotel was far away but the location looks really nice and is about 1.5 km away from a beautiful park. We got a loft room for 4 people and liked it a lot, though it was a bit difficult to find the building. You have to look for block B building 1 I believe, which is somewhere behind F town. There are many restaurants and bubble tea/dessert places in the area but not many people go there because the location is in the middle of nowhere, so it’s quite refreshing in that sense. Also, we weren’t allowed to use the gym DESPITE it being indicated that there is gym facilities available which was extremely disappointing.

staff in hotel cant speak english. Hotel find hard , google map cant use in china and China’app cant active too. A woman staff in hotel not friendly and not help anything if you ask for!!!

very comfy bed, very clean, very fun for family of 4, but tv is better than projector, as cant watch in daylight..good washing machine, very high ceiling, and good air con, nice and strong, impossible to work out the light switch!

This hotel success to cheated me, as I booked for my guest with 2 rooms, the hotel only give 1 room as few of my guest did not came. They did not give any information about how many rooms we booked and don't asked to my guest. So I paid for 2 rooms and use only 1 room, if you really give a good service you must be inform about number of the rooms, and we still avaiable to cancel the other room.
Next about the deposit they inform that the deposit will send back after checking out, after 6 weeks they didn't send the money back.

We Love this hotel and recommended to few other friends too.
It’s stylish, clean, comfortable place, spacious, modern, nice surroundings, friendly and helpful staff
The cons: a bit difficult to find this hotel. It’s located behind starbucks building and the entrance is at the back of the building .
However once we stayed in this hotel, we didn’t consider to move to other hotels since this hotel offered the convenience to maximum level.
