Es muy conveniente para viajar y está a solo 5 minutos de la entrada del metro. Las instalaciones y el equipamiento del hotel son muy nuevos. Hay una peonía roja que es muy fotogénica nada más entrar en el vestíbulo. El hotel tiene un fuerte sentido del diseño y es muy juvenil. El estilo de decoración es único. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y luminosas. El servicio del hotel es realmente muy bueno. La gerente de servicio Xiaoyue es atenta y cuidadosa. También ayudó con el check-out retrasado. En invierno, la habitación estaba seca y se proporcionó un humidificador. También me dieron algunos bocadillos cuando me iba. La hermana encargada de la limpieza nos dio unos dulces especiales llamados Bulaolin. El hotel cuenta con lavandería, secadora, gimnasio y estacionamiento. Hay algunas cosas que me sorprendieron mucho:
1. La ropa de cama es muy cómoda. El colchón ofrece un gran soporte. Te sientes como si estuvieras durmiendo en casa. Es muy cómodo. No siento cansancio en la cintura ni siquiera después de dormir una noche. La almohada también es muy cómoda.
2 El agua de la ducha es muy fuerte pero es muy suave para el cuerpo.
3. Hay un cable de carga con tres puertos en la mesilla de noche. Muy considerado.
4 El televisor es enorme. ¡Enorme! ! !
En general, las instalaciones y servicios de hardware están por encima del nivel promedio de este rango de precios. ¡Es muy recomendable tanto para viajes de negocios como de turismo!»

«原來的總統大廈，房間夠用，空間較大，衞生合格，各種設施都比較新，洗浴用品備的比較齊，床有點偏硬，沒有某朵舒適；水流特別大，水壓比較足，開大了會水花四濺，每次如廁都會有水濺到你PP上，感覺怪怪的，床邊充電插座預留接口完備，自備線即可，自動窗簾按鍵厚的簾不好使，一按一頓，打不開，迷你吧裏面有兩瓶可樂飲料+2瓶水都是免費的，一共四瓶水，對於家庭房來説還是有點不足的，所幸樓下有咖啡店和肯德基，便利店也不是太遠，周邊餐飲發達，機器人+1.9米帥哥送餐，體驗感還是有的，員工基本服務到位，但套餐裏含的下午茶不會主動告訴你，你問他會答，你要她會給，但缺乏骨子裡那種温柔，屬現代公務員系；停車位充足，但地下停車場酒店專用電梯指引標識不夠，會誤從別的單位出來，比如KTV；早餐不錯，一應俱全，有蝦有蛋有水果，西點+麪食做的不錯。總體來説是一個還不錯的3一4🌟級商務酒店。»

«自己一個人來住的 體驗感很好 招待我的哥人很好 很熱情 還免費給升級了房型 環境衞生沒得説 我皮膚很敏感 有兩次住酒店身上起了紅點點 所以幾乎每次出去住我都會自己備一次性床單 但這回忘了 問了哥一嘴沒有 大哥老有意思了 跟我説乾淨 老妹兒他孩子來也得住這配置的 我也懶得下樓再買了 就那麼住了 結果第二天安然無恙 所以你們真的可以放心大膽的住 絕對乾淨 這交通很便利 樓下就是彩電塔夜市 但我懶得動 沒去 還有最要感謝這個招待我的房東大哥 我有兩個手機 退完房落在屋裡一個 跟他聯繫 沒有一點不耐煩 又特意過來給我刷卡上去取手機 真的很盡責 來瀋陽玩你們選他家沒毛病 性價比非常高 最後祝老闆生意興隆 生意越來越紅火»

I would especially like to thank the front desk team, Bessie (管家), and the airport transfer driver for their exceptional care and support. Upon arrival, I faced some challenges as I didn’t have a local China phone number, and due to severe weather, I was unable to arrange food delivery on my own. The team stepped in immediately to help place orders for me and even ensured the food was delivered right to my room. They also assisted with receiving and managing courier deliveries for my online purchases, which was incredibly helpful.
In addition, my luggage was damaged at the airport, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by following up daily and assisting me throughout the process until the issue was resolved. Their dedication and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier.
What truly stood out was the warmth and kindness of everyone I interacted with. The people here are incredibly warm-hearted and attentive, and they made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay.
Although the hotel itself shows some age, the level of service is among the best I have experienced. I would definitely return when I travel to Shenyang, China again.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.»

La próxima vez que venga, volveré a elegir este hotel, es excelente. Además, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento, incluso nos dio recomendaciones sobre atracciones cercanas. Está muy cerca de todas las atracciones, se puede llegar a la mayoría caminando en 15-20 minutos.
