"We drove for 3 hours and arrived at the hotel at 8 PM, planning to have a good time in Shenyang the next day. My husband and I brought our two children, and we booked a triple family room. After checking in and getting into the room, we found that only two sets of amenities were provided. So, I communicated with the WeChat butler and the front desk to request additional amenities. And that's where the endless torment began. I told them we were missing one set of amenities, and they only brought one toothbrush. Then I reminded them that slippers were also missing, and they only brought slippers. After that, I asked them to add an extra quilt and pillow, and they only brought a quilt core and a pillow core. So, I had to tell them again to help put on the duvet cover and pillowcase. It was truly exhausting. Most importantly, when we were about to sleep that night, we discovered a resonant noise. At first, we thought it was the air conditioner, but after checking, we found that there was a whole wall with a machine running and vibrating inside. The hotel actually enclosed the operating equipment within the room, disguised with decorative panels. So, around 23:50, I reported it to the front desk. A male staff member from the front desk came up and said he would resolve it. Then, we waited in the room like 'owl-watchers' for him to resolve the issue. 20 minutes passed, and I messaged him on WeChat asking how much longer it would take, but he didn't reply. 35 minutes later, I called the front desk, and they said they would help find him, but there was no further news. 45 minutes passed, and it was 00:45 AM the next day. I went to the front desk myself and found that the male staff member was casually hanging out with the female staff member who had previously helped me on the phone, as if nothing had happened. I asked how my problem would be solved. After nearly another hour, the male staff member finally spoke to me, saying they could arrange a king-size bed room for us at an 80% discount. I asked, 'There are four of us, and only one king-size bed room?? Are you kidding me?' Then they said the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do. So, I called the consumer hotline to complain. Suddenly, they 'discovered' that there were actually two king-size rooms available, and they were adjacent rooms that could be given to us. Haha, it was 1 AM, and our family of four could finally sleep. However, we had a packed schedule for sightseeing the next day, and it was impossible to get good rest at this hotel. I can say that this trip to Shenyang was a particularly bad experience. The entire service was unprofessional; they handled problems untimely, shirked responsibility, and were unwilling to resolve issues. It's not just a lack of service awareness; it's zero service awareness from eLong Hotel. Furthermore, throughout this whole ordeal, no one from eLong Hotel apologized or offered compensation for the inconvenience caused by their service and quality issues. Isn't hotel service the fundamental basis for a hotel's survival?"

The business standard room is spacious and bright. Although the carpets of the facilities seem to be a little old-fashioned, the bathroom, smart toilet, and hair dryer are very modern and brand new. The rain shower is very big on the top of the head, so there is no need to worry about hygiene. The bedding is clean and high-end, and the temperature in the room is suitable. Good quality sleep at night. The breakfast is varied, mainly Chinese food, supplemented by Western-style simple meals, which are both nutritious and rich. You can eat freshly made small wontons, soy milk, tofu brain, there are also millet porridge and other porridge, steamed yams, boiled eggs, poached eggs, various fresh and small cold dishes, and there is a dry fried fish every day, sometimes small yellow flower fish, sometimes flat fish. My stomach and intestines are usually very error-correcting, and the breakfast here makes my stomach and intestines very calm and I like it very much. Those who like to eat fresh fruit before or after dinner can also eat delicious fruit. Slightly imperfect is that I was lying in bed at around 11pm on the first day of my stay and heard the sound of snoring in the next room. Fortunately, the call lasted not too long. What needs to be improved is that the service of the housekeeping department is very good, but there seems to be a slight omission during the festival: I went out the next day and came back during the day and found that the room and bathroom were cleaned, but the garbage in the trash can under the desk was full and not processed.
