環境很不錯，交通便利，樓下就是地鐵。距離中街很近，而且樓下就是大悦城！價格便宜，性價比挺高的！推薦

想告訴大家：房間跟圖片不一致，千萬不要被官方圖片騙了！看了攜程上房間圖片才選的，結果全是假的！實際上房間衹有附圖中藍色，白色和粉色三種，跟官方展示的完全不一樣。其實多搜搜就會發現，這家用的房間圖片跟其他家一模一樣，根本就是盜用了別家的圖。優點：樓下就是地鐵，離大悦城很近，門口有肯德基。房間大，有個小冰箱和微波爐，洗衣機。槽點：衞生間不是乾濕分離，很容易積水，衞生間換氣不好，容易有異味，房間有蟑螂。床很破，是那種老舊的彈簧床，手能按到彈簧那種，嘎吱嘎吱響，床墊上還有臟東西。床上鋪了一層薄薄的墊子，還比床小一點，導致床邊沒有墊子高低不平。沙發也很破，沙發皮都破了，直接露出裏面的海綿。水池龍頭很短，要彎着腰才能夠到。樓下那條路白天特別堵，打車很不方便，車過不來也出不去，衹能走出去2個路口，出門習慣打車的不要選這裏。公寓的電梯很小很悶熱，人多的時候要等很久，公寓樓里人多且雜，不是很推薦住這裏。被騙一次就夠了，不會再去了。

環境：市中心，樓下就是最繁華的地方大悦城，吃喝玩樂想去哪去哪
交通：下樓就是地鐵站，附近幾站都是瀋陽主要商圈，方便快捷
酒店特色：安靜，房間大， 便宜 ，乾淨整潔
服務：有問題找老闆，隨叫隨到 熱水器壞了及時修理 年經小夥 不錯

衞生間馬桶蓋壞的，衞生紙是最便宜的那種捲紙擦手掉渣，刷牙杯是一次性紙杯還是臟的，浴室牆上不知道黏的什麼不明物體，房間空調正好吹着枕頭和頭，網絡慢的連照片都打不開更不用提看電視了，公寓位於大悦公寓裏，環境亂糟糟的
