Highly recommended for 3 nights stay. Front desk 朗郎 was good with local tips and arranged for fan while the room was too warm. Perfect location at 中街 and next to metro station

Hotel is very conveniently located outside the subway station entrance. Near to 中街 and palace.
Hotel facilities are good and staff are friendly and helpful. Staff helped to do a free upgrade for my room.
Hotel room able to view the palace. Nice view.
Recommended for stay.

The temperature in the room wasn’t satisfactory. It was too dry and hot in the room. The location is good, service was good too. The cleanliness can be improved, and the facilities can be upgraded. Not ideal in terms of value for money.

Stout hotel located next to Zhong Jie and location is excellent. Free Laundry service is a big bonus

Due to off peak season hotel upgraded my room type. Comfortable stay. Great breakfast with wide selection of food both oriental and western. Complimentry drinks and snacks. Even though room is facing busy street room is quiet.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is right on Middle Street and I could see the pedestrian street directly from my room window. Rooms are modern, spotless, and the bed was fantastic. Staff are warm and helpful, breakfast is excellent, and extras like free laundry and robot delivery made it even better. Parking can get busy, but the hotel staff helped right away and we could stop in front of the stairs. Highly recommended!

Location was really good, less than 30 seconds from the subway station and the main shopping street
Staffs were helpful, and the check out time was 2pm which was very impressive
Room was spacious enough for 1-2 pax, no big problem. However, I’m not sure if it was because of the room type from my booking , the room assigned for me was at the 5th floor, no view at all though there was windows; also, there was no refrigerator in the room
Other than these two points, was satisfied with the stay
