Todo el lugar en general muy limpio y todo el personal muy amable, a pesar de no hablar el mismo idioma siempre se esforzaron por hacer clara la comunicación. La sala de cine y la sala de golf fueron experiencias lindas con nuestros hijos. Volveremos al mismo hotel cuando estemos de nuevo en Shenyang.

The Somerset is in a fantastic location, close to good malls, restaurants and 10 mins walk from the train station. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, including cutlery, plates and a washing machine. They have a gym which has everything you need for strength training as well as cardio. You can get food delivered there easily if you wish to. All the staff are very friendly and front desk speak perfect English! We’ve stayed here twice now, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

A bit outdated, but tidy
The rooms are very spacious and clean. The facilities were ok, unfortunately the safe was broken and not usable.
The gym and the children's playground offer everything you need.
The breakfast menu is also good.
Overall, however, the hotel is very outdated and in need of renovation.
The staff could also be a little more attentive.
We would look for an alternative next time we stay in Shenyang. I think the city has better quality to offer in this price category.

The information on breakfast was confusing, we booked a two bedroomed house and they said two breakfasts per room so we thought they meant 4 people but they meant two, they should be clear on that
