Todo el lugar en general muy limpio y todo el personal muy amable, a pesar de no hablar el mismo idioma siempre se esforzaron por hacer clara la comunicación. La sala de cine y la sala de golf fueron experiencias lindas con nuestros hijos. Volveremos al mismo hotel cuando estemos de nuevo en Shenyang.

Perfect apartment with baby, there’s a microwave, washing machine and the baby cot was great too. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. Location is a short walk from the main high street.

We had a wonderful stay recently. The reception staff was very helpful and even took the trouble to use her phone to check the direction to Xita from the hotel. She even led us for part of the way to ensure that we got the direction right. We booked a 2 bedroom but was given only 2 breakfast and the staff was kind to add on free breakfast for all 4 of us. We really appreciated the kind gesture.
Staff at the breakfast place was also friendly and helpful.
The apartment had a washing machine which was the main reason why we booked it and it really came in handy. Washing powder was also provided. However, the dryer function could be improved as it took a long time for the clothes to dry since the machine is a 2 in 1.

Amenities well maintained, location is favourable, and the receptions are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. I will definitely stay here again!

The best hotel i have stay so far in all the places that i have visited in China. All the receptionist are warm, especially the manager Alma, who is very welcoming. Asking if she can help you in any way, even to the extend of quickly help you open the hotel main door. The rooms are beautiful and spotless. There are amenities like gym, movie room , billiard room . Location was also fantastic. Near to one of the walking street and lots of restaurant around it. The breakfast was also nice. Definitely a six thumbs up !!

The location is good, it is near to TaiYuan Walking Street, literally just next to it. Close to the train station as well, though we didn't use the train at all. Many shopping and local eateries nearby.
The hotel itself is quite old, but everything is workable! Room cleanliness is not top notch, but very much clean and prompt response from the team whenever request is made. They also helped us to receive and store our parcels from TaoBao, this is a very good service that we like. The washing and drying machine is working great as well, we wash and dry our clothes almost each day! Hot water is also always available.
The gym is good, breakfast we didn't take much as we prefer the other restaurant food around the area.
Overall, we really like this hotel. It's one of the best hotel that we stayed especially on this pricing.

Great experience! Was able to cook a nice meal in the kitchen, enjoy with friends, and had the robot deliver a few things we forgot. We were easily able to get two more chairs for the dinner table. Lillian was even able to assist us in English when my Chinese was lacking. Definitely a nice place to have a small gathering of friends

Highly recommended, especially for group travellers or families! The condo-style unit was incredibly spacious, clean, and super comfortable — we felt right at home from the moment we walked in.
The front desk staff? Absolutely amazing. I had more than 10 parcels sent there before our arrival (yes, pre-trip online taobao shopping 🙈), and they had them neatly arranged on a trolley, ready to be sent to our room the moment we checked in. Talk about thoughtful service!
Breakfast was more than enough — good variety and fresh every day. On days we skipped the buffet to visit the morning market, the staff even prepared drinks, fruits, and sandwiches for us to take on the go. Such a kind touch!
Overall, we felt really well taken care of. Clean space, warm service, and great hospitality. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. 💯
