JEN Shenyang by Shangri-La

The hotel is located in very convenient location close to everything. The room is quiet and clean ，very friendly staff especially Bessie Wong made me a top note. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very conveniently located within easy walking distance of Dalian station and various eateries. The apartment was basic but spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a couple of nights including a microwave and washing machine. On arrival we were met by Bessie, who helped with check-in and showed us to our room. Bessie was invaluable, helping to book taxis and explain how to get where we needed to go. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Shenyang.

Great place to stay! Staff have been super courteous and helpful during our stay. They made us feel welcomed. The manager on duty (Golden Key) Bessie was extremely patient and friendly, ending our stay on a high note. This hotel used to operate under a different, higher end banner. Over the years as the area has experienced steady decline, the hotel now appears to be outdated compared to other newer upscale accommodations. The place also lost many of its luxury retail outlets leaving much of the second and third floor vacant. However, the vintage feel and decor is pretty much to my taste and the rooms are spacious and neatly kept. In fact I love how the original details are preserved, allowing me to peek into what a once most prominent and top notch hotel experience was like. On a different note, the laundry machines are not functioning properly. It takes forever to wash and dry, and running all three machines simultaneously could overload the power. I left the hotel with my laundry drenched. This place could invest in some high efficiency laundry machines.

room cleanliness, comfort and facilities is amazing. location is still one of the best, if not the best. hotel has two convenience stall at the lobby, located right next to taiyuan pedestrian street. the front desk staff are very helpful, especially 王佳 and "小白白", helping me with the transport arrangement to the airport, as we are a "little" behind time. definitely will stay in this hotel if i am back to Shenyang.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is great, there is a good workout room, and the laundry service is very convenient. And the front desk staff is wonderful--Bessie, Belle, and Mary were all very friendly and helpful in getting me checked in and making me feel very welcome at this hotel. Would highly recommend!
