The food was terrible, and the cleanliness in the rooms was at the lowest level. After the so-called cleaning, the sheets were full of sand, meaning they hadn’t been cleaned at all. We were even accused of taking towels, while in reality, they never provided us with clean ones and kept insisting those weren’t theirs. On top of that, they were holding our IDs, which is illegal. The hotel had far more guests than it could handle, the sunbeds on the beach were very few, and people were reserving them at night just to use them during the day. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only good thing about this hotel was the room. The service was good enough however I paid different prices for a cup of coffee everytime I had one, even though we were given the bill, the waiter just ignore it. The place doesn’t have the capacity for the amount of people that come here. The pool is very small and there are not enough tanning beds, the ones that are around the pool are all glued to each other. The beach is also a disaster, never gets cleaned, the tanning beds are also glued together and the odds to get an umbrella are close to zero because people leave towels overnight to reserve them and noone checks them. The staff overall was nice and friendly but not organized, noone told us the breakfast and dinner hours and other informations that we should’ve known while checking in. On top of it all, there was live LOUD music until midnight, you literally couldn’t sleep or just enjoy your stay with the music outside at the pool. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, besides the food which was average and the rooms that were good enough, nothing else was good.

One of the best hotels in Shengjin! Great family that runs the place. If you need anything, they are always happy to accommodate and help. Amazing views and great live entertainment. The food at the restaurant is also one of the best around in Shengjin.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. There was no shampoo provided, and the room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom flooded every time we used the shower, with water spilling everywhere. The food situation was awful—you had to rush at the very start of breakfast or dinner or there would be nothing left. There weren’t enough tables in the dining area, so finding a place to eat was a struggle. By the pool, there were hardly any sunbeds, no umbrellas, and definitely not enough space to sit and relax. Worst of all, the staff were unresponsive. You had to ask multiple times before anything got done. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Not one to leave reviews but i had to , no shampoos on the room for hand washing, hair or body. Towels were clean but they had stains that the washing machine did not remove. We asked for a baby bed they said a few times they will bring one, they didnt!!!! At the beach they brought the chairs, there was no sunshade (umbrella). We left to go have lunch when we returned our stuff was on the sand they had moved all the chairs!!! for what reason?? i do not know!!! 0 out of 10!!! Pool and dinner included in the price, no place to sit by the pool, not one free table for dinner, had to wait 20minutes!!!! First weekend at the beach with my baby, very not pleasant because of them!!!

one of the worst experiences, I was with my family, zero information about breakfast and dinner time, zero hospitality, terrible food. the food is not fresh at all, they brought whatever food they wanted. even the rating with one star is very big for this resort.

I made an online reservation because I planned to travel with my wife and toddler. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the reservation had been cancelled. They claimed the cancellation was due to a check-in time of 10:00 AM, which was incorrect as their stated check-in time is 12:00 PM. Additionally, they alleged that I hadn’t responded to an automated message sent the day before check-in, which is also false as I had confirmed our arrival. It was clear they were overbooked and didn’t even offer an apology. This was a terrible experience.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! I made a reservation a month in advance for over 10 people, and less than 24 hours before check-in, they called to cancel. They claimed it was due to a reason that didn't make sense, but it was clear they had sold the rooms at a higher price to someone else. Additionally, their age limit for kids is bizarre: free for ages 0-3.99 and half price for ages 4-8.99. What kind of logic is that? They expect a 9-year-old to pay full price! We didn't even get to stay there, but the experience has been awful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely the worst.

We visited only restaurant. Food was terrible. Look at this plate, it looks pretty good. However, this squids are not eatable, they are hard without any taste. I’m traveling a lot, this is the worst prepared squids I’ve tried in the world. Besides this we have ordered pizza. Pizza was ok.
