We sent one of our crews there, with a total of 3 rooms, from September 9, 2024-October 10, 2024. Sunny, the General Manager, worked out a negotiated rate with our company. However the job ended early, and our crews checked out personally at the front desk on September 27, 2024. Instead of crediting our company credit card for the 13 days for 3 rooms, they continued to charge. I contacted Mr. Sunny personally, on October the 10, 2024, whenever he sent me the portfolios of the 3 rooms. All he would say is that he fired the girl at the front desk, and he would review the cameras. Now, that hotel charged our company credit card again on October 16, 2024 another $4,883.76, not once but twice. Again, I contacted Mr. Sunny Patel via email, and I called the front office. At this given time, they have intentionally charged our credit card $13,457.31 too much. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS HOTEL.
