Albatros Aqua Park Sharm

I love this hotel and this was my second visit as I loved it so much in October I booked for Xmas and New year. I do have some criticisms and suggestions for this hotel but i couldn’t justify giving anything other than 5* as i love it so much and will be back. Albeit maybe not at Xmas again. Our cleaner Maataz was simply amazing he went above and beyond and we loved returning to our room each day to see what he had done. Hope to be able to have a room where he cleans next time i come. Beshoy the reception manager again gave me five star treatment he was wonderful. The marquee which was put up to use for Xmas and New Year was breath taking. Tables were a bit close together but it was absolutely stunning. One reason I came back was for the people i met in the sales teams. Several of them are amazing and they helped entertain my kids in October as there is not really anything on to suit my kids via the entertainment team. They again were amazing until three days before we left when staff were moved and everyone stopped having involvement with my kids. I asked several people why and was told a manager had seen people playing football with my son and they are not allowed to play with them. I find this terrible as they are amazing and surely its a team effort to make your customers happy. This totally ruined my holiday and upset me. Entertainment at the hotel for kids - this is seriously lacking. they have wonderful facilities but other than aqua fit (mainly for adults) darts there isn’t really anything for older kids. No football, volleyball, bowling etc despite having all the facilities there. I think the entertainment manager needs to totally change what is offered as i feel this is a real weakness for the hotel. The staff are so lovely but very under utilised and they could do so much more. Water polo kept getting shouted out but i never actually saw anything organised for this not sure if putting the goals in the pool are for this but it needs more organisation. The restaurant i love for Egypt. I wasn’t sure the food was as good as in October but was still better than most hotels i have been to in Egypt. Shady Omar and Metwaly make the holiday amazing for me they are simply the BEST. One suggestion is to label the desserts as you have no idea what they are and must create so much waste. I was also quite disappointed with the water park water. One pool was heated and was lovely but the others weren’t heated other than a small kids pool. My kids didn’t use the slides hardly at ll which is part of the reason for using this hotel. I think at the very least the central pool with slides and the tipping bucket would make it better as this pool caters for a variety of aged children and they would have been in it all the time if the water was warm. Pickalbatros aqua park Quite and nice hotel, nice beach ⛱️ but hotel beach don't have coral. Very nice service and friendly staff. Tasty food, clean room and big territory fantastic aqua park. Friendly staff at reception we will come back ☺️

Hotel is very nice place fkr a a family with small kids lots of entertainment lots of good choices of having fun in aqua park. Very lovely staff helpfull and kind. Dining options are also satisfying. I do recommend that hotel. Sure I will be back to Pickalbatros.

ALL NEW YEAR'S HOLIDAYS AT ALBATROSS AQUA PARK We flew in with the whole family for all the New Year holidays... checked into the hotel on 12/30. we got a good room, it was quite comfortable and cozy for us, there is a bar with fast food and drinks nearby. There is also free access to a warm swimming pool, an aqua park and access to the nearby Aqua Blue hotel. The room was cleaned daily and efficiently, once the cleaner gave us beautiful hearts)) the food at the hotel was naturally varied for the youngest daughter, but the French fries were her favorite) it was delicious, there was a lot of choice and with a beautiful presentation! the New Year's Eve dinner is generally wonderful, my eyes were running away ... below is a photo from the restaurant for the holidays. After dinner, there was a New Year's concert in the tent, which was prepared specifically for the New Year holidays, a very interesting and beautiful show, after which there were many positive emotions and memories! the aqua park of the hotel is cool, but it wouldn't hurt to heat the water, but we skated and it was cool) it's a pity that we didn't take a video of Dad)) He had a million emotions at that moment. The staff at the hotel is very nice, attentive and helpful! the reception desk will always come to the rescue and answer any question) we didn't stay at the hotel all the time, visited many excursions, spent a lot of time at the sea, the hotel beach is just a fairy tale, swam with masks, the underwater world is just a fairy tale! The eldest daughter went scuba diving and was very pleased)) We visited Cairo, and we also had a lot of impressions after it! we even visited the Bedouins after riding ATVs!) After this rest, we will need more rest in order to transport all these emotions! We are happy with the choice of the hotel, we specifically chose the slides, and we really liked that you can use the neighboring hotel, the youngest daughter rode there- the slides are more suitable for teenagers)) One hundred percent of the vacation was a success!

We arrived on December 31, closer to the evening, we checked in quickly at the reception desk and we went straight to the festive dinner! Dinner that day was gorgeous, during the rest of the time it was certainly not like on New Year's Eve, but in principle everything suited us and no one went hungry! It's good that there are several restaurants with different themes, everyone will definitely find something for themselves in them! Personally, I fell asleep after the flight on New Year's Eve, but the family was completely satisfied with the concert and the show that was organized that night! The room in the hotel is cozy below will be a photo, the cleaning is of high quality, we are very pleased with the guy who cleaned our room, there were even swans with rose petals - we were shocked! The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, everything is clean and well-groomed, there is not much space for everyone to be on each other's heads! A lot of swimming pools. Aqua Park is medium, in my opinion, it was more suitable for me on the territory of aqua blue, but this is probably due to the fact that there are more slides for children on the territory of our hotel, but it's cool that you can use two of them! We didn't go to the sea because we didn't have enough time, once we were just an excursion, but the hotel provides transport to the sea and also on the beach drinks and meals are also included! The hotel has two stages, a big one with a neverland show, the concert is beautiful, I didn't go to the main animation, so I can't say anything about it! Thanks to the staff on the prescription for the upgraded room category politeness and attentiveness! In general, the hotel has a well-arranged staff who strives to make every guest feel welcome! We have a short vacation, we didn't have time to enjoy everything, but there is a great desire to come back again! But probably not with family, but with friends!

Good hotel. Very vood serf pool and instruktor! Good aqua park, for me empirtand about my kids and my wife happy! We stay beafor in the Aqua Blu and a lot of other hotel, but Pickalbatros Aqua Park my favorite! We will come back again. Good cleanong and nice food =)
