Das Hotel ist groß und zeichnet sich durch die Nähe zum schönen Meer aus. Es verfügt über ein warmes Wasserschwimmbad. Der Service im Hotel und am Meer ist gut sind kooperativ und ich danke Herrn Ahmed und Frau Salma an Reception , Die Animation.Gruppe sind sehr gut und das Personal sehr lustig, ein großes Dankeschön an sie und ein besonderer Dank an Mira 🥰, das Essen ist sehr gut und lecker (Frühstück war immer Gleich ) .das Hotel ist Etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, etwa 20 Minuten. Ich empfehle es jedem, der Ruhe braucht , Schwimmen und dem Lärm entfliehen möchte.

Alright! I had some travel plan changes, and you ended up in some dump instead of a hotel. The tour operator already mention it being "budget-friendly," but that probably means there's nothing there at all? Early morning flight, at the hotel around lunchtime, but check-in only after a couple of hours. Well, whatever – that's minor, but they definitely haven't heard of welcoming guests. In Hurghada or elsewhere, at least you're greeted like a human, but here even the toilet light doesn't work and have to change there till my check-in. And of course, demands its due, but there are no snacks until lunch to quell the hunger. The reception desk is completely clueless – they don't give you towel cards or tell you the Wi-Fi password for the room. The food there, I gather, is complete garbage. You say you haven't eaten anything worse? Well done, you've hit the jackpot! The only edible thing was some burger patty one evening. But serving beer in espresso cups? That's just mocking! I understand you can walk to the bar a hundred times a day, but this...! Good thing you could sometimes get beer in tiny glasses. Cocktail glasses sometimes come cracked or chipped. The same thing happened a couple of times in the dining area – you grab a plate, and it's cracked or has a piece broken off. Entering the room for the first time – sand on the table, someone else's black hairs in the bath, curtains and towels with holes. The walls are so thin you can hear the Russian couple going at it and yelling at each other. The pool or beach towels, which you get with a card, also look like they've been there since the hotel opened – faded, some with holes. I advise you to be careful on the beach because there are quite a few large stones here and there. Perhaps it would be discrimination, but it's definitely possible to somehow subtly indicate which country's tourists are expected on site. Our aggressor country's neighbors are definitely not what I expect on my vacation with their behavior and mentality. Moreover, I don't understand, and it's the first time I've seen it, that the hotel allows you to connect to the music system in the evening and adjust what music will play, how long it will play, and what kind of mood it will set. If I wanted to go to a "Russian bar," I would do it elsewhere... As a surprise, it turns out that the hotel consists of two parts. We went to ask for bracelets at the other hotel, and they didn't give them to us because apparently we didn't "deserve" them. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We have always felt special attention and respect. The best part is that the staff returned our lost wallet with all the ponigs and documents it contained. We could not believe the honesty. Our sincere thanks go to the room steward, Wael Ismail, for his extreme cleanliness and ingenious decoration of the room. The fragrant room and the dipped flowers created a real cosiness. Lots of events, the animators are extremely attentive and kind. Thank you very much.

This hotel has been one of the best holidays I have ever taken and I take 10 holidays a year so I know what am talking about. The staff members were so friendly, kind, helpful and I will be coming back soon. The food was good choices, tasty and really amazing! I love love love Ivy 😘😘 Definitely a 10/10 for me. Perfect for families! I will be back in June!
