First would like to say that it's good value for money. Alot of people on these reviews are expecting 5 star service in budget hotel. You can't pay 22£ a night and expect that much. Food is hit and miss, some days it's really good and other days not so good. Chefs are friendly though. Pool bar manager Abdelnaby is fantastic, very professional with amazing service. This is deffo a place where tipping goes along way. You give them 20 EGP and there faces light up. That's like .25p in pounds. After tipping most of the staff they went above and beyond for us. Rooms are good for the price. Very nice addition having a separate living room section with TV in the room. And yes there are English channels and even a movie channel that plays good movies 24/7. Pools deffo ARE NOT heated. The main pool was like an Ice plunge and they deffo advertise as having heated pools. Very naughty. Also the "ADULT' jacuzzi was full kids, even though there is a massive sign that they says this. Staff don't seem to care so why have the sign in the first place! There are about 3 staff members who do absolutely nothing all day, from what I can gather they are there to collect money and give change, completely useless and unnecessary. They just stand around all day looking at you menacingly. Biggest complaint would be the lobby and check in/out. They don't speak 1 word of English, also very rude. They will either stare at you or ignore you. Also they try to charge you in USD, paid 20$ for late checkout and said I'm English I'm paying in pounds and he said 20£ is the same as 20$ lmao. It's not 20$ is about 15£ so they basically conned their own selves out of 5£ thought this was hilarious. Guessing maybe they don't know that GBP is worth more than USD. Would I come back? Maybe, the 3 staff that do nothing and the non speaking reception team are very off putting. All in all had a good time, they just need to tweak a few things. Also think many of the reviews are written by the staff and not the actual guests. Very naughty indeed. Animation team is amazing especially tourkey.
